The staff were really helpful at the hotel and I enjoyed my room.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, great location. Having the rooftop pool and an air conditioned gym space was a definite bonus in the heat of Saigon, and the complimentary foot massage was great too.

前回バスタブと壁のシーリングに隙間が空いていて、水が入り込むような感じがしたので部屋を取り替えてもらった。
バスタブにお湯を張るとミシミシと音がした。
今回の部屋もバスタブの内側にヒビが入っていて心配だった。

Es ist eine super schöne Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Betreten der Unterkunft hat man das Gefühl eine andere Welt zu betreten und den Stress und Lärm der Stadt hinter sich zu lassen. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Staff were excellent, room very clean our only complaint is the bath is too high and my husband had difficulty getting out. Restaurant staff were excellent and shout outto Nicholas who was very helpful. The spa treatments are amazing. Loved our stay for second time.

All staff was great but 1 stood out during my stay, his name is Nicholas, I met him during a complimentary coffee class the hotel provides. He began great service there. Then later on at the beautiful rooftop bar he made me some excellent drinks, then politely delivered room service in the middle of the night, then greeted me with a smile during breakfast. I rebooked another stay the next weekend because of him. Great hotel and great staff!!! Thank you for the hospitality and service!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were super attentive. The rooftop jacuzzi was great. The spa was great as well

Everything at the Alagon was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our four night stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we felt so welcomed by the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast was a 12 out of 10. 👌. The location of the hotel in HCMC is perfect - close to restaurants and major attractions. We will definitely return some day.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was amazing. Location was close to attractions and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The rooms were awesome, clean and spacious. The staff were top notch right from the moment we were picked up at the airport until we were returned to the airport!

The staff were extremely lovely nothing was a problem. Especially Kati. The rooms were very clean, great selection for breakfast. The pool and roof top bar were great as well

My room was spotless and super cute on the first night they came in to turn the bed down with a sweet dreams card. The pool was big enough to have a swim and I loved the jacuzzi. The free foot massage and evening drink were a really lovely touch.
I had a body massage at the hotel which was really good

お部屋はとても綺麗で、リラックス出来ました。朝食もとても美味しく、食器も好みの物でした。コーヒーカップは、ベトナム製の物だったのでしょうか？口当たりがとても良く、購入したかったです。ホーチミン滞在中に、探してみましたが、見つかりませんでした。古き良きベトナムを感じることの出来た、素敵なホテルでした。

The room was very clean, the whole hotel was clean. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very helpful and nice. Veronica at the front desk was very nice and informative and assisted with all my needs. I had a massage on my ladt night and Vy was excellent.

We stayed at the Alagon for 2 nights in the imperial heritage suite. What a stay! Large, comfortable room in the heart of Ben Thanh. Close walk to the markets and delicious stalls and street food in the surrounds.The staff working here were absolutely beautiful and helpful. Always happy.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, free airport transfer and the free foot massage was a lovely perk. We will 100% stay here again when we return and would highly recommend to other travellers.

This is my second stay. So great that I have already booked my third stay. I can't say more about how pleased I am with every aspect of the Alagon D'antique Hotel and Spa.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Good buffet breakfast. Nice rooftop bar with pool, spa etc. Caught a couple of lovely sunsets during their happy hour.

The hotel is great. The breakfast is very good and varied, and the service is excellent. Lunch and dinner are very good. All points of interest are just minutes away.
