Loved how clean the hotel is and have nice details.they put chocolate in your pillows every night.

Great location for Sunway Lagoon water park activities and you can access the theme park from the hotel and access to the Sunway Pyramid Mall within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient for food and other stuff.

Breakfast spread was awesome. Lotsa variety. Kids corner for children to eat.
Hotel room was SUPER clean. Towels were changed daily without being requested.
Service staff were friendly and warm!
There’s a play room for kids. Clean and well maintained. There’s slides at the pool for the kids.

Front desk service was superb especially Staff Zaiton (hope it right spelling) who approach us when we was trying to trace for missing booking and arrange for foe extra blanket when realised the room we booked cannot accommodate extra bed my helper. Elisa customer service who arrange for room with connecting room and on the same floor more than 10 room. These trips the most memorable when 4th gen with 49 family member travel together with smooth check-in. Excellent hotel service. It will even better if the complimentary room deco with at few ballon for birthday boy but birthday was nice.

Team at the resort were fantastic, ability to transit through to the shopping centre without hitting the temperature and humidity every time,
Property condition, especially when considering the price did not meet 5 stars, the bath wouldn’t drain at all, which was one thing, whilst the shower water built up whilst showering and overflowed within a normal reasonable shower length,
Also there was a smell on floor six when alighting the lifts each time, likely from issues with water or humidity, although noticeable each time,
It may be that on a subsequent visit I may choose to stay closer to the city, as travel did not always feel convenient,

Waterventure terrace room is a great accomodation option for young families. The resort hotel is next to the lagoon theme park. Breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill was exceptional.

We stayed in a waterventure suite with two queen beds side by side. Lots of space for us to move around. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was ok (but not great). There is direct access to the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park from first floor of the hotel, which is a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay.

We have a really fabulous stay at Sunway Resort Hotel .The frontline staff are very friendly and helpful especially Zeinal ( I hope I got her name right ) makes us feel so welcomed and special . The room is spacious , clean , high tech .wifi is good . The facilities are excellent .The gym is well equipped and we really relaxed in the pool . We also enjoyed our jacuzzi bathtub . The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and eateries .Excellent hotel

One of the best resort stays we ever had. Room location was convenient. Easy access to kids pool and walking distance from the shopping mall and Sunway Lagoon park. We highly recommend the resort.
