The room was great, it was not a big room but was so well appointed. The room had lovely soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner but it also had a foot massager, a shoe dryer, a curling iron and a kettle and fridge. The staff were lovey and accommodating and the breakfast everyday was excellent.

夜のチェックインだったが、丁寧な対応をしてもらった。
夜のお茶漬けのサービスがとてもありがたかった。
テーマパークからも近い為、次回も利用したい。

This hotel is conveniently located for Tokyo Disney, with a free shuttle service to the parks. The rooms are wonderful with great bedding and amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly, good breakfast buffet and perks such as free gifts (face masks, bath soaks etc) to relax after a busy day. Our room had a foot massage machine in which was very much appreciated after a day at the disney parks. Would 100% stay at this hotel again and recommend.

This was one of the very best hotel experiences we ever have. The staffs were super friendly, they have plenty of other amenities (like complimentary soda bar, free coffee in the morning, free shuttle to Maihama train station) and their breakfast buffet was the BEST!
Very much affordable and great place to stay if you are planning to visit Tokyo Disney.

何よりお部屋が綺麗で、ディズニーで歩き疲れて帰るとお茶漬けのサービス、行った日はとても寒かったのですが、お部屋はとても広くて清潔、お風呂は広くてゆっくり湯船に浸かれて最高でした！足をマッサージするマッサージ機とてもありがたかったです！朝食もとても美味しく、とっても充実したディズニーとなりました！
一つだけ残念だった事は送迎バスの便です。お昼を過ぎると夕方の便までないところです。1日目はウィークナイトパスポートで入園したので本当は先にホテルにチェックインして荷物を置きたかったのですが、夕方の便は19:15からしかなかったので、結局荷物は舞浜駅のコインロッカーに置いて入園しました。
それ以外は大満足でしたのでまた利用させていただきます！

El trato excelente!! Llegamos tomando el autobús gratuito de la estación de Maihama, con maleta y mochilas, el personal super amable desde ahí, y el check in super rápido, nos regalaron unas mascarillas, había sopita calientita y bebidas gratis. En la mañana el desayuno delicios.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とても丁寧な対応を頂きましてありがとうございました。
部屋も綺麗で、夜のお茶漬けサービス＆無料ドリンクサービスも嬉しかったですし、美味しかったです。
チェックインをした後に頂けるプレゼントも、何種類かある中から１人２つも頂ける豪華さに子供達も喜んでいました。
舞浜駅までの無料シャトルバスもありで、とても楽しく充実した1日を過ごす事が出来ました。
またディズニーに遊びに行く時には、ご利用をさせて頂こうかと思っております。

Its our 1st time traveling to Japan, and we enjoyed staying here. The room is very clean and eco friendly 😍 we love the breakfast buffet and the personal essentials are amazing, but they aren't for sale. Overall experienced are great with very friendly staff😊 we will definitely stays again at Hiyori hotel the next time will come to tokyo.

ディズニーリゾートで遊ぶには最適のホテル。ホテル立地は車ユーザーには気にはならないだろうが、公共交通機関で来訪する人には訪れにくい上に、コンビニまでは少し歩く必要がある。

シャワーが、3段階になっていて フットマッサージが出来てとても気持ちよかった。
想像より部屋も広めで、くつろげました。
次回も泊まりたいです

ハロウィンを意識した飾り付け、数分圏内には飲食店がないが、自転車が用意されていること、無料のバスの送迎、バスの出発時の職員の見送り、様々なアメニティー、などなど、よく考えられた丁寧なサービスをしていると思いました。

Convenient location between Shin Urayasu and Maihama stations. All the amenities you'd expect with a shuttle that goes near Disney parks.

It was nice, if your American and not use to there foods be aware nothing opens until 9 or 10 am

The staff is wonderful and good service… they provide a bus to Disney or Disney sea. You are staying away from tourists more locals … you have a supermarket that has a McDonald and 7 eleven is also less than 10 min away. Great location for peace and quiet environment.

We were happy to arrive to a very comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service and free drink amenities offered during different times of the day. They also had vending machines and the grocery store was a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and understanding of my difficulty with the language and went above and beyond in assisting with an unexpected task.
While no public bath is offered they offer a comfortable seating area to rest or do work . I also noticed the absolute attention to detail in both the cleaning of the rooms and to the cleanliness of the main dining and lobby areas.

小さい子どもがいるので、子どもメインな感じの設備でしたので、２年連続で利用しました。ディズニーランドからも、めちゃくちゃ近いので利点です。

We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Tokyo. There’s not a lot else around that’s easily walkable. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle that runs atleast once an hour. So it was simple enough to work around the schedule if you don’t want to pay for taxi’s or Ubers.

Very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious & everyone was very kind. The shuttle was perfect to get to Disney sea and Disney land.

We loved this hotel. Everything was very clean and the list of included ameinities was endless. So grateful that their team was able ot ship a Disney souvenier we had forgotten to Kyoto for us. Location is a little far form the Disney parks but the shuttle and proximity to a grocery store and conbini made it all worthwhile. Highly recommend!!

Loved this hotel!! From the free amenities that were offered everyday to the free nightly ochazuke, this hotel has it all! Staff was so friendly and helpful, loved the shuttle to Disneyland, and it was just all around a great property. I would highly recommend!!
