My fourth or fifth stay and the staff remain exceptional: courteous and professional.
Asked for and received a room in a quiet part of the hotel.
So, another very pleasant stay.

De kamers waren netjes en comfortabel, en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd. De locatie is prima en daardoor erg handig voor een verblijf. Ik heb goed geslapen en ben zeer tevreden over mijn ervaring. Zeker een aanrader!

Selten so sauberes Zimmer bekommen. Jeden wurde das Zimmer excellent gereinigt. Morgens hat es immer nach frisch gebackenen Brötchen gerochen, sehr toll.
Kostenloses parken möglich.

Tres bon hôtel, malheureusement tres petit parking au bas de l'hôtel, nous avions un parking de l'autre côté dune route tres passante dommage.

This was very clean, with friendly staff. Not terribly close to restaurants or night life but walkable in 20-25 mins.

Das Hotel war ruhig und sauber. ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist, wäre super gewesen. Das Hotel war aber dennoch super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Haarlem.

Great level of cleanliness in the room and the staff were very helpful. The communal areas were also very clean and pleasant to sit in. Good free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Our stay exceeded expectations. A short 10 minute bike ride into the centre of Haarlem.

Adorei ficar nesse hotel. Limpo, localização muito boa, amei Haarlem!! Trem para Amsterdã fica próximo, por um valor de menos de 6 euros e chega em 20 minutos. Estacionamento no hotel por um bom preço e também tem outro logo à frente que não é necessário pagar. Café, chá e água no saguão sem custo. Silencioso, bom para descansar e desbravar Amsterdã e Haarlem. Obrigada e quando voltar, estarei com vcs novamente!

The facilities were excellent, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is ok. The only drawback is it's a 10-minute walk to restaurants. However, the neighborhood is very beautiful, so it's a pleasant 10 minute walk.

Alles modern und durchdacht. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Man kann auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz für 7,50 Euro/Nacht parken. An der Rezeption gibt es gratis Kaffee/Tee (diesen Service fand ich besonders gut). Die Zimmer sind perfekt. Empfehlenswertes Hotel, werde wieder kommen.

Kamer was keurig, ruime badkamer, snelle vriendelijke incheck, goed en voldoende ontbijt, makkelijk en gratis parkeren.
Wat beter kan is openbaar vervoer naar t centrum.. Bushalte
was meer dan 10 minuten lopen. Gratis fietsen of deelscooters zou handig zijn.

They don't have air conditioning or a restaurant - everything else was amazing!

On entering this hotel it was clean and tidy, staff very efficient and quick to check us in. Tea coffee at reception and never ending. Room clean and looking new and great view of the cross roads.

Bus stops to haarlem centre 15 min walk away and a train station 15 minute walk away. easy to get to and from Amsterdam. Polite staff, good facilities and perfect room

Sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, gute Betten, freundliches Personal, großes Bad.
Parken beim Hotel kostet 7,50€ die Nacht, man kann aber ca 200 Meter weiter auf einem großen Parplatz kostenfrei parken.
Ca 30min fußläufig in die Innenstadt.

Cons: The bathroom light is on a motion sensor. Which means in the middle of the night if you want to use bathroom you get full light. It stays on for 15mins. No cooling -room stuffy and if you open window cigarette smoke wafts in.
Pros: good condition. Solid breakfast.
