따로 말 안했는데 높은 층으로 배정해주시고(팁은 안줌)
그랜드캐년 투어후 2박 완전 좋았어요(아내와 아들이 좋아함). 특히 아들이 팔라조가 좋았는지 미국 여행 내내 팔라조 노래함![]()

한국인인데 프론트 체크 인 아웃 모두 동양ㅇ인 차별 받았네요ㅎㅎ.. 여태 이런 호텔 없엇는데 제일 심하고 기분나빴어요. 수영장도 뭐 좋다고해서 갔는데 생각보다 작고 차라리 국내 5성급 호텔 수영장이 훨씬 깨끗하고 넓었네요. 불쾌한 응대 받고 갑니다

The online check in option was great! We were able to skip the check in line and go straight to our room. I loved the location and the restaurants and pool were excellent!

The facility was absolutely fantastic, and in the perfect location relative to all entertainment venues. Truly worth the money spent. 99,9% of the staff were great and helpful when neeed. Food prices where fairly pricey, but food venues and options were varied.
Security ay the hotel and entertainment locations were were noticeably tight, but not intimidating or threatening. As for being pet friendly I would have to say no. The ONLY animals observed were the security K9's (everywhere).
Underground parking was safe and secure.

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly as were the accommodations. It was an easy walk to see the Eagles concert at the Sphere.

I have been staying in the Palazzo for at least 15 years. It continues to be great. You can't beat the suite. The room is so large. The bathrooms are great. It is still a maze to navigate to the Venetian and to Bouchon. I think we have done this about 10 times and it is still hard to remember how to get there.

The Palazzo is a beautiful place to stay. The suite was beautiful and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The elevators are very fast and they had plenty to choose from.The people were all very helpful and pleasant to talk with.

Walking into the Palazzo feels upscale but not overwhelming. The design leans modern and elegant rather than heavily themed. It’s connected to The Venetian, so you get access to all the action—but the Palazzo itself feels calmer and more polished.

Great location. Yummy room service. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants and stores. Comfortable bed and pillows. The pools are nice for lounging at too.

Rooms on higher floors had incredible views. All spacious and impeccably designed. Only request would be to have more small amenities available. Bath salts, lotions, etc. Complimentary water daily
