The grand Saigon Hotel is one of the best accommodations we’ve had outside of the United States. The rooms are very lovely. We would recommend anyone to visit this hotel in ho Chi Minh, Vietnam because of the staff, friendliness, cleanliness, referral knowledge for the best restaurants, personal safety, and food. You can’t go wrong staying here.

The place was excellent. Great location. Helpful staff. Nice heritage hotel but nicely upgraded. Good breakfast and a cool rooftop bar with views of Saigon River and city lights.

Front staffs and room services are outstanding. I ended my business with a sorrow because I miss this hotel. This establishment holds a lot of good memories whenever I am in Viet Nam for my business trips. I highly recommend this hotel because it’s location is convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. The entire hotel is clean with great amenities that can be appreciated after a long day of work or inbound flight.

Then hotel is centrally located to everything you'd want to walk to like the museum, art galleries, restaurants, & local shops. Our room was great. Our room did not have a street or river view however it did have a window that opened to a lovely internal courtyard with plants, a table and seating for 2 and bench swings. The courtyard is accessible for use although I believe we were the only guests to use it. We really appreciated the quietness when we arrived for the night to sleep. The water pressure is very strong. Robes and slippers are provided. I really appreciated the bedside control panel for all the lights. The breakfast buffet was delicious! All the food was fresh. The buffet stations were kept clean and well stocked. If an item was finished it was either refilled or cleaned up. The staff were extremely professional. They all were welcoming and polite when we arrived and left. I highly recommend The Hotel Grand Saigon. I will definitely stay here again.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Can easily walk all around town and to the riverfront with ease. pool area is just OK, but the stay was very enjoyable and I had no issues at all.

This is a fantastic hotel, super clean,the room had everything, and the buffet breakfast was the best i have ever had in all my travels, its quiet at night, the staff are excellent

The Room was immaculate, large and well appointed with a large bathroom which was spotless and also well serviced each day.
If you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a room on the River side of the building. I requested and was placed on a high floor but on the Street side which was a little disappointing but decided to deal with it. Reception at check in and out was very efficient and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good, and all of the staff in the dining room were smiley and charming, it would be unfair to single one out. All in all a very location as it is only a couple of blocks from where all the action happens and the excellent City Bus tours start (Highly recommended)

とても広く清潔な部屋で滞在を満喫できた。朝食も種類豊富でベトナム料理（フォーやバインミー）もあり素晴らしい。チェックアウト後の荷物預けも迅速で、ベルマンのTimさんは顔を覚えてくれており、すぐ対応していただいた。
