The shower broke in my room and had to just use the hose

Great location, close to Waitemata train station good 10 minute walk there, bit more back up hill. Great we had a sliding door we could keep open during the night as we're not a fan of the air con going at night. Bed was super comfy, but the bathroom was very small. Lucky we aren't big people. Would stay again

キッチンが思っていたよりもしっかりしていたので、買ってきたラムなどを食べることもできて嬉しかったです。
ベッドも気持ちよく眠れ、ソファで過ごす時間もまた良かったです。

Clean spacious accomodation, great for 3 of us. (Premiere 2 bedroom apt). Great location for Spark Arena.

Parking was additional but easy to manage. View was amazing. Comfy beds. Staff were helpful. I would easily go back for a night with a group of friends.

Great value for money - our 2 bedroom apartment is exactly what we needed!
Full kitchen + the washer/dryer was a bonus! Large Balcony, comfy beds - and great service!

Has a washer/dryer, kitchenette, better tv than other places I’ve been to. Comfy bed with warm blankets, good closet space. Shower has a great pressure and lovely smelling body wash. Spa and restaurant with Buffett, great dinner menu at a good price too. I had butter chicken for $16.
Reasonable pricing compared to other hotels. Definitely my favourite place to stay.

Great staff! Very helpful in a stressful time, as we were in Auckland for my mother’s surgery, and we didn’t know the area at all.
Location is very convenient if your needing to visit the hospital multiple times a day, also has multiple shopping locations very close.
Only downer would be the construction outside the building, luckily I’m an early riser and I was always up before construction begun.
Although the rooms were well noise insulated, I liked my sliding door open.

Staff were super friendly. Valet parking was great but expensive.
There was a bad smell of rubbish out the front. The gym smelt so bad we didn’t use it.
The rooms were what we needed. we did notice rubbish under the couch. Everything else seemed clean enough.
Very cheap accommodation so we were happy with that

Pretty central to the Viaduct, Ferry Building and Uni of Auckland etc. We had a view of the Sky Tower amongst other buildings. Rooms were good and bed was comfy. They let us chrck in early without fees (front desk specifically pointed this out). On a bit if a hill so need to be okay with the dlope. Amenities were good and US traveller liked they had creamer!

Hotel is old, but good value.

A good burger after a long flight, tidy room and refreshed towels. Staff were lovely. It was a bit annoying to only get one key.

The room was nice (and very clean) the Staff was excellent. The adjoining restaurant did not have everything available that was on the menu (only about half). Definately recommend the hotel, but plan to eat elsewhere.
