Perfect for what we needed, we were flying from Manchester Airport early the next morning so we stayed at the Trafford centre location and had tea at the Trafford Centre which was only a five minute walk away, there was plenty of parking available too.

Had a lovely stay, location was perfect and very convenient for shopping and football games. Will recommend to other guests and stay here again.

Staff were lovely, first rooms we were allocated hadnt been cleaned. We reported and got moved to other rooms. Then our heating wasnt working. Eventualy got it working, then woke next morning to being freezing as it wasnt working again.

Room was clean and staff were great nothing was a problem. Breakfast was tasty and everything clean and tidy with enough staff to handle the demand.
Not complaints these but:
1. Car park is very tight with large vans That take more than 1 space in main car park would suggest these vehicles directed to the gravel over spill.
2. Room 321 safe does not work

Really great hotel. Really comfy bed. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Shower was fab. Easy to find and reasonable parking charge. Very good value in my view.

The staff are always friendly and helpful here. Breakfast is good. Room was quiet but I would suggest carpets etc ready for a deep clean. linen, towels, etc, all fine. Didn't eat except breakfast. Close to Trafford Centre with lots of options.

Room was clean, large and comfortable. Towels that typical "washed too many times" feel. Good to have both an internal lock and physical lock for lone travellers.
Downside is (albeit included) breakfast was poor quality with defrosted fruit "compote" and poor quality low meat content sausages. Parking also costs £5 extra and also on checking in there was a card preapproval for "any damage" which boggles the mind on what is typical. Not the nicest way to be greeted on arrival and the breakfast wasn't the nicest end to the stay. Plenty of it though so perhaps reduce quantity increase quality? Or have options to upgrade to something better?
Apart from that, front facing rooms may get some tram noise if you're a light sleeper but good location for the Trafford Centre and trams. Well priced when I stayed but I can imagine the prices will flex a lot.
I ended up thinking this would be good if you're an engineering contractor wanting a full stomach for a long day, less good for business travellers.

The hotel is convenient for business in the area. It has a decent size car park. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is much better quality than most hotels this price. My room had stains on the carpet I’m hoping were spilled coffee. I had some minor issues with the heating in the room but this was resolved. Overall good and I would certainly use this hotel again when in the area for business again
