새해 전야로 바빴는지 밤에 카운터에 전화했는데 받지도 않아서 내려가서 샤워 가운 가져다 달라고 직접 부탁한 건 받지 못했음.
객실 내 욕조에서 목욕을 하려고 했으나 배수구 금속에 녹이 슬어 있어서 포기했음.
카지노 내에 있는 푸드코트도 부실함. 맛도 평범.
직원들이 불친절함. 일하기 싫어하는게 보임. 카운터 말고는 손님 응대를 피하는 느낌. 뷔페 카운터 직원 옆에 서있는데 눈도 안 마주쳐서 우리가 몇번이나 불렀는데 모른 척 하다가 목소리 크게 내니까 그제서야 대답함. 주변에 손님 아무도 없었는데...
굳이 가겠다면 호텔까지 이용할 필요는 없고 카지노만 잠깐 경험 해보는 것을 추천함.
It seemed the hotel was busy due to New Year’s Eve. I called the front desk at night to request shower gowns, but no one answered, so I went down in person. Even then, the request was not properly handled.
I planned to use the bathtub in the room, but the metal around the drain was rusted, so I decided not to use it.
The food court inside the casino was also disappointing. The food quality was mediocre and not memorable.
Overall, the staff were unfriendly and appeared unmotivated. Except for the front desk, staff seemed to avoid interacting with guests. At the buffet counter, a staff member was standing right next to us but avoided eye contact. We called out several times, yet they ignored us until we raised our voices. There were no other guests nearby at the time.
If you still choose to visit, I would not recommend staying at the hotel. It may be better to simply stop by briefly to experience the casino only.
