장점 가성비 위치가 좋음 수영장 괜춘 전망도 좋음 방이 예약페이지에서 보던거보다 작아서 좀 당황했지만 수리아몰과의 접근성과 수영장은 장점입니다 단점은 호텔이 아니다보니 관리가 아쉽 체크인한날도 청소상태가 좋지는않아서 재청소요청 둘째날도 오전오후내내 비웠는데 룸클리닝안해서 재요청 태그도 걸어놨는데.. 그래도 왓츠앱으로 요청하면 늦지않게 지원해줌 여튼 이모든것을 이가격에 쓸수있다는 것은 큰장점임 관광이 주목적이고 아침저녁으로 수영하는 사람들에게는 좋은 선택지임

Ideal location, easily walkable to KLCC. Great views from unit as well as rooftop area. Small issue with the AC not being cold in one room. Would recommend

Great location. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and very high end , it is a modern and comfortable place to stay. The pools and gym were excellent. I would recommend to people I know and I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Star Suites KLCC and would happily return. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the KL skyline and Petronas Twin Towers each morning was a real highlight. The oversized king bed was incredibly comfortable (easily one of the best parts of the stay), and the amenities in the apartment were modern, clean and thoughtfully presented. The space felt luxurious yet relaxed, and overall it was a fantastic base in KL. There were just a few small areas for improvement. The kitchen had limited utensils, and while the tea selection was lovely, it was loose leaf with no strainer provided. A simple addition like that would have made a big difference. We also would have appreciated a compendium or even a small sign explaining where to find the pools, bar and other facilities — as first-time guests, it wasn’t immediately clear. Our room key unfortunately locked us out four times, which was a little frustrating. The team did send someone up promptly to change the battery (which we appreciated), though an apology at check-in would have gone a long way. That said, these were small things in what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay. The comfort, the view, and the overall quality of the apartment made it a wonderful experience. We’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in KL

Lækkert hotel centralt i Kuala Lumpur med fantastisk udsigt til Petrona Towers og skønne faciliteter som fx to lækre swimmingpools. Lejligheden var rummelig og velindrettet med en stor og behagelig seng.

I had a great experience at this hotel! I arrived an hour before check-in and my room was ready. I'm also grateful they were able to accommodate my request for a room with a view of the Pertronas Towers, it was the best. :) The location is perfect and the rooftop pool area has an even better view than any observation deck could offer. My only suggestion is to notify guests of the mandatory cash deposit upon booking as they informed me after I arrived (with no local currency but thankfully they accepted USD instead). Overall, the staff was great, the room was huge and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the heart of KL.

Bij het inchecken kregen wij de verkeerde kamer/gebouw, die wij niet geboekt hadden. Wij verblijven altijd in building 1. En nooit in andere gebouwen. We kregen te horen dat het vol was, vandaar een andere appartement. Deze was echter vies, de wc deed het niet, de tv ook niet. Het appartement voelde vies aan en plakte overal. Na contact gehad met ze te hebben kwam er een medewerker langs en deze persoon kennen wij van de afgelopen 4 keren. Hij heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij de volgende dag in onze geboekte appartement konden verblijven. Hij heeft ons ontzettend veel geholpen om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Star Suites blijft voor ons favoriet, goede service, vriendelijke personeel en medewerkers.Elke dag schoon appartement, water,koffie en thee. Ze reageren snel via whats app en op al je vragen en benodigheden Onze grote dank gaat uit naar Hoof van de Housekeeping, zijn naam is Rajon. Wij gaan zeker weer terug naar Star Suites

The residence's location is the best, just 10 mins walk to KLCC. The residence was spacious and bright. The staff sent detailed message to me explaining the check-in procedure, very helpful indeed. The roof top swimming pool was fantastic, we could see Twin Tower there. We would like to come back to this hotel next time..

The room and building are fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable. We made good use of the washing machine. The view from the room and top deck is worth a look - and it was nice to be able to take a cooling dip in the pool. We didn’t need the kitchen but the extra space with couch was a nice break. Tip: The left switch outside the bathroom controls the hot water for the shower - missed that first time through. Easy walking distance to Petronas towers - enjoyed the water show. Longer walk to KL tower - the adjacent ECO tree top walk was fun - series of hanging bridges with about a dozen monkeys playing in them as we arrived.

Me and my husband decided to travel around south Asia and KLCC was one if the stops. OMG ! This place is amazing, so close to mist of the attractions, from the 69th floor you have an amazing view of the twin Petronas Towers. Our apartament had a great view, living room, kitchen with everything you needed and the most important a washing machine which is a gold mine when you’re travelling . So overall we were very pleased 😌 with this accommodation. Thank you Star KLCC for having us.

We had a great stay at star suites The rooms were nice and clean There was ample amount of space in the service apt It is located in a great area with 5 mins walking to Petro is twin towers , there is grocery stores just downstairs ..lots of food options nearby .
