Location was very good. A bit noisy during peak and rush hours. Not much choice for food in the area. Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

Facilities and service are up to expectations for the price paid. One thing I dislike is that a receipt wasn't issued promptly upon my payment for another night's stay.
Other minor details the hotel could look into: (1) no TV guide was available for the TV in the room, or even a list of the channels;
(2) only one hook inside bathroom for hanging clothes & towel;
(3) water from basin must be controlled carefully or else it splashes powerfully;
(4) having Hailam Kopitiam downstairs discourages me from exploring other eating places in KL. Ok this is just a joke! It's a compliment on the wide variety available at all hours.
I've stayed at this hotel at least thrice now. Weather-permitting, the hotel is excellently located for exploring the Old Market, Berjaya Times Square, etc.

只是花洒無遮掩，弄至浴室很濕。另無沖廁水。大堂寬敞，停車間不錯，門面招牌很搶眼及醒目，容易被人看到。

1st & 2nd night stayed can't slept well because there is a sound disturbing like pulling chair or knocking the wall because was inform that behind our room is hotel lift. By the way the 3rd day problem solved after we requested changed the room. Hotel staff are friendly

Room not cold despite the air con temperature was set at 16 degree.Probably need servicing. Bath room should put up a shower curtain to prevent the floor from getting wet (can be very wet and floor also slippery after the shower).Chinatown and LTR station also nearby.A lot of convenience shops.Stay is a pleasant one. Will come back again.

Hotel 99 was good. The staff were not so much friendly, but they provided help when requested. It's in front of the metro station (Plaza Rakyat) which facilitated movement a lot. It was surrounded by many restaurants and fast food places and street markets.
The room was a little bit tiny, but we managed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely spacious. Housekeeping was good but the forget to put stuff like shower gel, so we had to ask them. The TV was okay, needed more English channels. The room was clean on the first two days and then BOOM small cockroaches every now and then. We didn't mention anything to them so maybe they would've fixed it. The room lighting was so nice and romantic. The drapes were okay but needed to cover the whole window more as I woke up from slightest sunlight. Overall, the place is nice and good for the money paid in it.

I arrived after midnight, check in was quick and simple. The airconditioner in my room was little weak. Overall I had a great time in this hotel.

싱가포르에서 오는 버스를 타면 도착하는 곳이 이 근처입니다.

부킷빈탕 근처이고 맞은편에 시외버스터미널과 lrt역이 가까이 있어서 공항이나 다른 곳으로 이동하기 편리한 호텔이다. 다민 객실간 소음이 많음 편임.

The staff doesn’t have proper customer service. We call for new mug to have our coffee but they didn’t deliver it in our room.

The property in really convenient to get to from the airport and to walk to most areas in the city. The room just seemed unkept, even though it was cleaned. It had a musky smell, due to the fact there was no ventalitation from the bathroom. On the upside, the pillows were amazing and wasn't a bad size.

The hotel is clean but service is quite low as sometimes you to request for basic things such as water bottles and coffee or tea although sometimes they don’t come to clean your room.
Had one experience seeing a lizard and small cockroach in my room.
Staff are friendly and wifi service is very fast.
View from hotel is quite simple and hotel surrounded with few markets like 7eleven, Vmart and Hailam Resturant.
Note: Hair dryer was broken.

The room is beautiful n nice.. But the problem is, u can't talk normally or laugh cause people from beside room can hear n they'll feel uncomfortable as if i was doing something improper..n there's a door in between room.. Even walking around the room can be heard.. Then people beside complain, and i got a call to keep it quiet cause other guest are resting.. Imagine me the whole time in the room being a ninja, to keep all quiet as possible .. Even in the bathroom .. It's tiring..

Delay in check in process and the reception need to look for the booking. Rooms are not ready on time. Cleaning has to improve very bad certain rooms are ok but certain rooms are not.

チェックイン時にデポジットMR50必要。空調がしっかり効き部屋は快適。異臭等なし。トイレとシャワーが隣接していてシャワーを浴びるとトイレもビシャビシャです。私は部屋備え付けのサンダルを履きながらシャワー浴びました。シャンプーは購入必要。ミネラウォーター付きで、困ることは特に無し。
