Very clean, comfortable beds, Flavio and Tico where amazing hosts, the breakfast was delicious and Bella the hotel cat is adorable❤️🐾 we'll definitely stay here again

The location was absolutely amazing! Walking distance from all the best museums. The staff was incredibly and lots of different restaurants and dinning options around. We didn’t get the breakfast but it looked very traditional and smelled tasty and they had a complimentary bar for coffee and tea as well as water and sparkling water!

Quarto muito bom e limpo. Ótimas cortesias (bebidas geladas, café e chocolate) Recepcionistas muito atenciosos, com destaque ao brasileiro Flávio, que nos auxiliou muito. Localização excelente, perto de vários museus e parques.

I stayed in the single room for 3 nights as a solo female traveler looking to explore the museums and dabble in the night life. I had a wonderful time at the Muse. The single room was small, but had all the required amenities including a safe, spotless bathroom with excellent water pressure , a nespresso machine and a minibar with free water and soft drinks. The staff were very courteous as well - Hassan who was working the reception desk when I checked in, was very helpful and went out of his way to help me when some food I ordered got delayed.
The location was brilliant as well. It was in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but only a 10 minute walk to the museums, and there's a tram stop with citywide transport links a 2 min walk away.
Would 100% stay here again - excellent value for money.

The room was comfy and cosy at a reasonable cost. It was also close to the museums and it was easy to go to Amsterdam Central via a tram which is close to the hotel.

I have stayed at the Muse Amsterdam many times . I love its location in a lovely quiet street .The area around the hotel is fantastic with cafes, restaurants and shops and walking distance to the best museums of Amsterdam . Tram stop right in front of the hotel . The staff are always friendly and helpful . Feels like home at the Muse Amsterdam!

Pleased to have chosen the Muse for a business trip for the week. Smallish room but fine for a solo business traveller and bed and pillows were among the comfiest I’ve experienced. Decent breakfast. Conveniently central. Nice people. Recommended.

We had a great stay here! Very close to museums and not too far of a walk into downtown proper. The only noise we heard from other rooms were their doors as people went in and out; it was totally fine. Staff were wonderful, and Bella the cat tolerates being fawned over by guests very well! 😻

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed at in Amsterdam. The staff are exceedingly friendly, the rooms are well designed and have everything a north america traveller would expect. As a bonus, they gave me chocolate and soft drinks as a welcome bonus, and all the free coffee I could drink. Very close to the tran and metro. Short walk to the museums and other attractions. Very fair price, especially considering the rooms and staff.

The hotel was a small but comfy one, and it was close to the tram station and main tourist attractions at Museumplein. The staff was nice, and there was a lovely hotel cat called Bella. Free drinks and waffles were provided. Really enjoyed my stay with my friend here.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Very small room but I think that’s normal for Amsterdam. Enjoyed our stay and would boom again. Close to a local market, museums and transport. Easy to get a bus to/from airport for about 8 Euro. Free tea and coffee after 12.

Great location just south of the museums. Tram station within one minute walking-short journey to the central part of city. Easy to walk to the museums (Van Gogh, Stedelijk and Rijksmuseum). Also great restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood. Indoor swimming pool by the Rijksmuseum-Zuiderbad-within walking distance through quiet residential neighborhood for those needing/wanting their daily exercise. The best part of the hotel is the staff-friendly and great service! Will stay here again.

It is not in the center, but it is well served by tram and bus. There are a lot of restaurants and the region is calm and very safe.

El desayuno es maravilloso, y la comodidad de tener un estación de tram cerca es también genial para un viaje de turismo en familia. En la recepción nos atendió Flavio quien nos ayudó en todo y siempre con una sonrisa! Esperamos volver pronto!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood but great access to trams, shops and food. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Flávio! Rooms are basic but comfortable, facilities are limited but the free tea/coffee/water was a great bonus. We would defo stay here again!

Great location! Walkable to major museums, transit, restaurants, and grocery store. We took the #397 bus from the airport, which dropped us off a short walk from the hotel (fast, easy and cost-effective). City centre was about 30 mins via tram. Staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, and gave advice on restaurants and transit. Room was cozy, very clean and well air-conditioned (Amsterdam was very warm when we visited). The fridge was also stocked with goodies for us to enjoy free of charge - a pleasant surprise. We were treated very well and we enjoyed our stay. We would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel!

Mjög snyrtilegt og fínt hótel. Frábær staðsetning! Mjög hreint, þægilegt rúm.
Það fylgdu svalir með okkar herbergi sem var mjög næs á kvöldin.
Kaffivél og minibar - þau buðu upp á fría gosdrykki.
Hótelið er við hliðina á trammastöð og í göngufjarlægð frá frábærum veitingastöðum og börum.
