친절한 프론트. 룸클리닝 신청하지 않았는데 호텔 복귀 시점에 맞춰 수건 필요한지 물어보러 온 룸클리닝해주시던분을 보유한 호텔입니다. 적극 추천합니다.

I love this hotel. It's so satisfying
It's so close to Kkaegyo and the room is big
It was possible to walk all over the New Town and the Old Town!
I chose a room with a river view and it was right in front of the main street
The window sound insulation was good, so it was quiet even when I slept!
Make sure to choose the view room!!
And the breakfast was so delicious
I ate so well that I didn't have to eat lunch separately
I want to stay again next time![]()

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel de Praga, debo decir que siempre ha sido la mejor elección. El hotel es clásico y muy bonito, las habitaciones impecables. El desayuno es muy completo y sin duda la ubicación es perfecta, puedes llegar caminando a cualquier sitio de interés en Praga.

We were moved to a sister hotel due to noisy renovations. A taxi transfer was organised and it was close to the original booking. We were given a complimentary bottle of prosecco for the inconvenience.
The new place was called Hotel Leon d'ora. It was right in the heart of the old town, but surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bonus balcony providing fresh air.
The absolute highlight of the hotel was the breakfast. They served a huge self service selection including hot food, pastries, fruit salads, other salads, cold meats and cheeses, hot and cold drinks, breads and cereals. It was an absolutely brilliant start to our day.

Hotel in excellent location right across the road from the Charles bridge and the ice pub. Staff very friendly, great choice for breakfast and rooms very clean.
My only suggestion is that they need some draws in rooms and hangers in wardrobe as we lived out of suitcase.

We had a wonderful stay at The Charles Bridge Hotel in Prague. The room was amazing :spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the staff took great care of the space. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and it was the perfect start to our day. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

2ベッドルーム、毎日清掃も行き届いていたので快適でした。
立地もカレル橋近くなので、アクセスも良く便利でした。
フロントのスタッフも親切で、チェックインとアウトの時も荷物を預かってくれて助かりました(チップはお渡ししました)。

Desde que llegamos al hotel el personal de recepción fue profesional y muy amable. Nos encanto hospedarnos aquí ya que esta céntrico a todos los lugares de punto de interés turísticos. La habitación estaba amplia y muy limpia con infinidad de amenidades. El desayuno bufete estuvo delicioso y completo. Sin duda un lugar recomendable y el precio muy accesible. Disfrutamos estar aquí.

The room was very clean and the location was great for walking across the bridge. The hotel stay inside felt like a castle with high ceilings, crown moldings into the ceilings, and renissance style pictures hung in the hallways. Doors are somewhat like vault doors. Interesting place to stay, not super plush but comfortable. The front desk gentleman was super nice and helpful. Our main language is English and we could communicate very easily with him as we don’t speak their native language in Prague.

Nice hotel very convenient to Charles Bridge and old town. We are able to walk to all of our chosen destinations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely property that captured the spirit of Prague. Close to everything. Our room had a beautiful view over the river. Breakfast was tasty and their honey cake was superb!

We stayed in the Castle View Prestige suite. The room was spacious and the sofa bed on the lower level was a good size and a double bed on the upper level. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect with the Old Town just 8 mins walk and Charles Bridge less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The receptionist, the restaurant staff. I suggest that all rooms should be equipped with the following.
Iron and ironing board, body moisturising lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The housekeeping lady on day 2 of our stay wanted to clean the room, we asked if she could come back half an hour later, but she just said no.

The location is perfect. Just around the corner from the famous Charles Bridge and Clementine. All the staff speak good English and very helpful. I will stay here every time I visit this beautiful city. Anafu Kaiser

Excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very informative, explaining the hotel’s facilities in detail and even providing me with a guide for sightseeing. Honestly, in most hotels I’ve stayed at, this level of attention is not very common. The treatment was exceptional and very warm.
