Jeg havde et rigtig godt ophold i hotel lejligheden. Den var meget ren og velholdt, og man kunne mærke, at der bliver gjort en indsats for, at alt fremstår pænt og indbydende.
Personalet var utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt, og de sørgede for, at man følte sig velkommen fra start til slut.
Lejligheden var desuden meget rummelig, med god plads og en behagelig indretning, som gjorde opholdet ekstra komfortabelt.
Jeg kan helt klart anbefale stedet og kommer gerne igen!

The suite (2 bedroom) was super comfortable, especially with kids. It was great having to seperate bedrooms, dining, and living room spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, with a short 5-6 min train ride to Amsterdam Central. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

All the staff was excellent especially Jordi who helped us find a lost purse…could not recommend more highly!!

An outstanding stay! The reception team deserves special recognition for their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. They were always smiling, attentive, and happy to help with recommendations and requests. The room was elegant and comfortable, and every detail reflected true luxury. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel.

A fantastic hotel, staff are friendly and helpful and our studio suite was excellent. Our suite was quiet, spotless and the kitchenette was well appointed. Free use of the laundry was appreciated and tge games rooms and lounging areas were terrific. We stayed 4 nights and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision - excellent value for money and convenient to the trains, trams and buses to anywhere in the city or beyond.

Direkt an der S-Bahnstation gelegen, um mit in 5 Min. im Zentrum von Amsterdam zu sein. Das Hotel ist leicht erreichbar, hat ein eigenes Parkhaus, rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption, tolle Privat-Sauna, und tolle Bar/Restaurant zu humanen Preisen.

ID was amazing! Great staff, great location close to the metro just one stop away from central station and in a very nice and modern area.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was great, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is super close to the metro, and the quiet environment made it perfect for resting.

Both check in and out were very easy. Staff was super friendly. Restaurant on site was very good. The laundry took a little getting used to but 6 euros to wash and dry /load was reasonable especially since the 4 sets of washers/dryers have the detergent already in them. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Beds were comfy. Coffee and tea was complementary in the room. The hotel had a pool table and foosball table in the lobby and they offered umbrellas if you needed them. If you buy the I-Amsterdam pass transport is just a few blocks away to the #22 bus or the #19 tram. The metro, which would have been faster, was an additional add-on to the pass. The bus or tram took about 25 minutes to get in and out of the city center. There’s also a mini market steps away from the bus station with great prices on take away food, drinks and staples for the room fridge. We had a great stay and would totally recommend staying here.

We did a three week Eurotrip staying in five different hotels. ID APARTHOTEL was by far our favorite. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and just steps from Sloterdijk station. Will definitely stay again for our next trip to Amsterdam!

Located near Slotterdijk station, the hotel is clean and hospitable with friendly staff, easy access to Amsterdam centraal, and short distance nearby to the corner store, Breakfast club and many others. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Amsterdam.

Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. All in all a great place and would stay again next time in Amsterdam with the family.
