enjoyed the rooftop pool, great after a day roaming the city. rooms clean, would stay again

The room was nice and big, the bed was nice, the breakfast was nice. All in all nice.
A tiny bit run down, and the shower didn't have very high pressure, but that is just nitpicking. Much better than what we expected for the money.

Value for money, but not recommended for family. Phone not working, A. C. Also so-so.

Overall, it is a good stay - the location is convenient and room is comfortable. However, I am not exactly happy about 2 things - (2) On the first night at about 9pm, I called the reception for a plate as I brought fruits. Yet, I am told that the cafeteria had closed and they have no plates. (2) Room maintenance is at around 4pm, which is too late.

値段の割にはよいホテルだったと思いますが、シートを変えるタイミングが夕方になった日があってできれば午前中とかに替えてほしかったなーとおもうことはありましたが全般的にはよかったです。とくに立地もよくどこにでも出やすい場所にあってよかったと思います。ただコンビニまでは少々遠いかなと思いました

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Wanted the room for the balcony but the door was barred for exit. Good thing was that the bathroom was huge!

Amazing staff! People going in and out of their room with loud door noise could have been reduced if they had built the building with the sound proof system. Or I guess they should do something about it. But that sound didn’t matter after all that extra courtesy from staff. Rooms were pretty clean too. Thank you so much.

靠近車站，在市中心，近唐人街及附近有食店購物商場，要到KL塔也不遠，只是有些房間是沒窗的，整體還是不錯。

A simple hotel but doesnt look like a 3 star hotel..at night will be quiet at times, but sometimes noisy due to roadworks even after midnight..sarrounding hotel lots of homeless people laying around that area..

The room was only cleaned on request and everything such as bottled water, emptying the waste bin, supplying toiletries and general dusting had to be asked for. The change of bedding had to be done by ourselves. The rooms definately need painting. The reception staff were very helpful with any other enquiries such as arranging our taxi to the airport on departure.

Booked this hotel as it is near the Padang Merdeka which is the running venue for SCKLM. Not confident with the cleanliness of the bedsheets, pillowsheets and towel as I immediately felt itchy the moment I land my body on the bed. Overall, love this hotel.

Nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Enjoyed the bath in the Jakuzzi pool though the Jakuzzi system was not on.There was no phone near the pool to call anyone and ask to switch on the system.overall good stay.

朝ごはんも、たくさんの種類があるなかかから、ビュッフェ形式で選ぶ形でよかったです。飲み物もドリンクバーに何種類かの飲み物があり、満足いくものでした。部屋も十分な広さで特に不満はありませんでした。

The location was great. We can reach to MC Donald, KFC, Burger King in 5 minutes by walk. Also you can find local restaurants near by. But, when night you will see some people sleep on the street way to hotel. But, overall about the hotel was great.

I like the good price but not the location in an area with lots of migrant workers.

Positives:
1. Pricing was affordable.
2. Good breakfast arrangements. We vegetarians did not have much options, but could manage. But non vegetarians have many options.
3. Clean rooms, corridors, reception.
4. Great location. Near metro stations, near Sangeetha restaurant. These are great plusses.
Negatives:
1. Impersonal, laconic, bordering on reluctance. Perhaps language was a barrier.
2. We had an early morning flight and requested for packed breakrfast. Nothing happened. Reception just said nobody told them about that. We just departed.
We plan to try another place, if there is a next time. We may choose this again due to the positives.

Its a rundown property. Very dated and in need of refurbishment. Walls were super thin and we coukd hear our neighbours discussing where to go shopping. Room was small and dusty when we checked in, towels were stained and smelled weird. Soaps supplied were not usable or sufficient. Lift took half of forever to arrive.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Cleaning staff were helpful when we cane back for the day and room was not cleaned up yet .
Overall property is too dated to give higher review, but staff were not bad.

今回 初めて利用させて頂きました。
スタッフの方はとても親切です。
朝食もセットでした（若干 日本人には無理があるかも。。。。） 一番 気になったのが、隣の騒音です。 話し声も聞こえてきます。 まあ、、高級ホテルに宿泊しているわけでは無いので そこまで望まないのですが、私は 無いなと思いました。
あまり 良いことを書かなかったのですが、立地は最高です。
朝食も気に入らなければ、近くに 美味しいカフェもあるので なんとかなります。
家族旅行では利用しませんが、一人旅でしたら ありかなと思います

部屋に置いてあったお土産に買った未開封のチョコを勝手に開封して食べたスタッフがいてクレームを入れたが、まともに対応してくれなかった

Overpriced. Would be decent if they dropped the price. The room gave me a dull feeling. The paint was spotty in some areas. Found hair clumps in some areas when I first got in the room. Toilet paper was soaked in water and like sand paper. Wouldn't stay here again unless they were to lower their price.

เดินทางสะดวกใกล้รถไฟฟ้า แต่ตอนกลางคืนเป็นพื้นที่อันตรายนิดๆหน่อย มีคนนอนข้างถนนเยอะ

宿泊者は日本人は見かけない。インド人が多い気がする。部屋の壁が薄く隣の部屋のピンポンやノックが自分の部屋と間違う。
