I’ve stayed in three different serviced apartments across KL, and Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is the best balance of hotel and apartment I’ve found.
Unlike an Airbnb in a condo tower — where you feel very much on your own and hoping for the best if something goes wrong — Lanson Place gives you the space and independence of an apartment with a proper hotel operation behind it. Staff on hand, daily housekeeping, and you never feel like you’re living in someone else’s place.
The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Warm wooden tones, a high-quality fully tiled bathroom, a comfortable bed, and AC that keeps you cool. I had a high corner unit and the view across to KL Tower was stunning. The lobby is calm too — a large water feature, no crowd scene. A welcome contrast to busier buildings elsewhere in the city.
If I had to nitpick: shower water pressure was a touch low — the first time I’ve encountered that in Malaysia. And the lift is slow, so if patience isn’t your strength, avoid the highest floors.
Minor gripes. For the price and overall experience, Lanson Place is the best value I’ve found in KL. Highly recommended.

This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Everything was clean and well-kept and they cleaned your room everyday if you wanted. There was plenty of space for my mom and I and it had a great view. The staff was very friendly and the place was easily walkable to many places or a short Grab ride away. I would definitely recommend.

Cleanest place we've stayed in. Nice big rooms with a quality feel and brilliant views. Had an issue with a neighbour which was resolved promptly and a gift of fruit even though not the hotels fault. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Was an amazing stay we got a high floor room and were able to see menara KL from our room. Truly breathtaking views and staff were nice and accommodating. The area is nice with pavilion, TRX and even patronas in less than 30 mins walking distance.

Always an excellent stay at Lanson Place. I have been staying here for years when I travel to KL and service is always exceptional and high quality accommodation that has been maintained over the years.

The Lanson was exceptional. We arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated us with an early check in. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. Serviced everyday, spotless. The pool was amazing.
The front desk staff and security were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and night market. Highly recommended.

I have travelled all over the world and i must say, this place was one of the best. Booked a one bedroom apartment, cleaners always came to tidy my room. Staff were very friendly and kind. No issues at the property. Good selection of breakfast, could be better if there was a wider selection however was good enough for us. Will be recommending to friends and family

I was very impressed compared to last year, everything was excellent and also the hotel do listen to people’s feedback because last time I stayed I commented on a few things and this time it was all there.

Fantastic view and convenient location. There were some minor things like a broken drawer and the shower temperature was difficult to adjust— it was either ridiculously hot or cold one of the nights, but seemed ok the other nights. There was an in room electric kettle, which was used often. There was also a coffee machine in the room. A self service convenience store on property was appreciated. There’s also a cafe on property. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. Plates, cups, utensils, etc were provided. Lots of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

In a beautiful leafy area. Walking distance to Restaurants and bars. We love the luxury, the size and quality of the apartment. We're repeat customers. Lanson Place wins hands down to the high end hotels in the middle of the city where it's noisy and hectic. It's a 5-10 minute drive in a Grab to the cities attractions without sacrificing location. Highly recomend

Lanson place one of the best hotels we have stayed. Staff were excellent. Location is perfect. Place was clean. The only minor flaw is that the bed is too soft my preference.

Overall it is a very good property. Very spacious. We traveled with two young kids. We liked that place. But the shared bathroom had some odor all the time even after housekeeping service.

Amazing room on the 46th floor. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom huge and very spa like. AMAZING view from the floor to ceiling windows.

Nice spacious place for a family of three
Importantly it has a washing machine and dryer so i can pack lightly for my travel to KL
It has ample parking spaces if you drive a car
24/7 concierge, means if u order grab food, u can pick it a concierge

넓고 깨끗하고 편안함. 매트리스와 침구도 좋고, 고층은 전망도 좋았음. 번화가와 가까우면서 조용한 지역에 있어 위치도 좋고, 조식도 가짓수는 적지만 맛있고 훌륭함. 주변에 마트가 없는 것만 단점이라 생각함. 가성비도 좋아 추천!

We recently stayed 8 days at Lanson Place, and we were so happy with our choice of accommodation. Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and beds were super comfy. All staff were exceptional and friendly. We were greeted warmly every time by reception staff and front security, they really made you feel like special guests
Location was close enough to Bars, restaurants, street food etc, lots to choose from. Thankyou for having us.

Lanson Place is located at the heart of KL. It is very near the Chow Kit area (walkable), and just a 5 mins drive away from the Bukit Bintang Area. The staff on site are attentive and helpful, and the apartment is spacious as well as clean! Would definitely come back again and recommend it to other people!

This residence is fantastic if you are spending some time in KL. We were here for 3 weeks working, and it was a home away from home. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Enough room to spread out.
The staff are lovely, accommodating, and very helpful, if you need assistance. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping malls etc.

Fantastic stay at Lanson. Great location - close to shopping and food venues but far enough from the noise and hustle & bustle. Apartment (3 beds) is generous in size and tastefully decorated. Great service too. Will definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay. comfortable if you are here for work this is where you need to be in. feels like a home when you are here. A short walk to Bukit Bintang and lots of eateries around the area and a convenient stall across the road.
