아우구스타 개선문 바로 뒤에 위치해 관광지와 가깝고,
Room이 무척 깔끔하며 가성비가 좋음.
직원들도 친절하고 호텔 앞이 일방 통행이라서 차량 픽업도 편리함.

The room was very clean, incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, huge shower, well decorated and lots of mirrors in the room which made it feel quite large!

The room was clean and spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is close to the main plaza and definitely convenient. We were able to walk everywhere and super easy to get uber to take us to different places around the city

Excelente localização, quartos modernos e limpos e de bom tamanho. Só não gostei da porta de correr do banheiro.

Loved this hotel. Only bad part was being ignored by the lobby bartender for whatever reason. There were only two things he could gather about us without engaging with us. One, we were american , but not the bad kind in the least and two, black ethnicity. I can’t say what his problem was actually, but l know what l felt. Other than that l loved everything about this hotel. I would book it again but avoid the bartender with the handle bar mustache. I truly didn't appreciate that.

The staff were amazing! I reached out to them for an early check in, and they made it happen :) Grateful for the warm welcome. The room is spotless and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is centrally located and within walking distance from Lisbon Cathedral and the Alfama district. Overall, a great short stay in Lisbon. Obrigado!

loved the location of the hotel! Especially during the raining days. Every thing was only one step away from the hotel and I could get in and out to enjoy the blue sky and sun without getting wet:) staff are helpful with providing recommendations on where to go and eat too! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Lisbon

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful for many different needs. The breakfast was not included in my stay but however I did pay for 3 mornings for convience It was mediocre the fried eggs were rubbery and sat on a hot plate. But they did make me fresh when I requested they the host. Assortment of offering were adequate. Location of hotel as amazing and room was clean and redone everyday to perfect standards

We had an amazing stay at Pestana Rua Augusta – Lisboa! Nuno went above and beyond with stellar service, and Reuben made fantastic cocktails at the bar. Their friendliness and professionalism really elevated our experience and made the trip excellent.

Great Location close to a a big plaza, restaurants, shops, cable cars and transportation. Walkable to the Cathedral (only a slight uphill walk) Wonderful breakfast buffet with a large variety of foods beautifully presented. Nice clean rooms and great showers. Great hotel

This hotel is like new and in a convenient area near shopping, monuments, and restaurants. Lots of options for food. The hotel is also very clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. Bed was comfy. We had a junior suite which is very spacious and a welcomed change from other hotel rooms we stayed at in other cities. The room is nicely appointed and bathrooms are clean and a good size with plenty of shelving. Rain shower heads worked well. My only complaint about this hotel room is that the door is a slider and does not close entirely as a result. There is no bathroom privacy in terms of sound. I prefer a door that fully closes but others might not care.

We had a great stay at Pestana Rua Augusta. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable inside the hotel.
The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Pestana Rua Augusta to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.
