The check-in process is smooth and the room is comfortable.

A wonderful experience! The young lady and the young man at the reception desk were super nice and welcoming. The young man who assisted us with our luggage, to sit at the cafe, and guided us to our taxi, was the final Grand Bangsar superb touch.

Clean and peaceful. However, the breakfast buffet is average.

Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7 reception - this is at the end a 5 stars hotel.

Pullman provides 5 star quality service for their customers and we got a free upgrade when we checked in. It was a good first impression. Will definitely be my go to hotel when I’m in KL

It was a great 1st time experience at Pullman Bangsar since my room was upgraded from deluxe room to executive suite at the top floor without me asking for that. We were also allowed to check-out late (before 2pm) since we had fun run event in the morning. Thank you very much! We will definitely come again!♥️

I am glad I picked Pullman for my short stay during my very recent visit to Malaysia. Eventhough it is about an hours drive from the Airport, once you get to the hotel everything else is walking distance. Kerinchi train station is 5 minutes away. Trains are the easiest access and cost wise cheaper to get through to any place. I had the opportunity to enjoy great breakfast at Pullman and the staff very friendly and kind. Please do visit the Spa Lounge a great way to relax. I loved the spa and the lovely people at the spa, a must do if you stay here! I would be revisiting Pullman.

Its a great place perfect for business trip and the staff very helpful. I lost my purse at D1 and found it back safely. Good experience staying in Pullman Bangsar and definitely will return again to this hotel.

Very nice room everything was well maintained other than the aircon for my room. After blasting it at 10 degrees the room is still warm.

교통이 불편하다는 단점만 빼면 아주 훌륭한 호텔입니다.
아침 조식 뷔폐가 훌륭했구요.
침대도 푹신하고 시트도 깨끗했어요.
저는 현지에 파트너 업체가 있어 늘 호텔로 픽업을 해주었기 때문에 교통의 불편을 못느꼈구요. 다만 개인적으로 주변 볼일을 보러 나간다거나 할 경우는 택시를 이용해야 해서 그게 다른 분들에게 불편하지 않을까 생각되네요.

全体的に満足。掃除も行き届いていました。洗面台、風呂のウォーターフローが良く無く改善の余地があります。

入住和退房体验都算快，房间也算舒适，自助餐餐食也很不多，外出的话必须打车或者做摆渡车去最近的商场，房间里不锈钢的元素，建议提升一下，其他都OK
