Just need to make sure the night staff provide the same service as the day staff!!

A lot of food around this location, only 5 minutes walk to train station, . Need upgrade covers mattress sheets, fridge is old

It was expensive as it was newish, but overall very good
The only issue is the differing prices online between Kiwi, Expedia, and Agoda. I stay here in KL every 6 weeks. So the travel companies need to visit themselves and correctly assess.

Use this hotel regularly for convenience to train station has everything we need only complaint would be nice to have English Chanel otherwise everything excellent

Great hotel in excellent location. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Farhad in particular is very considerate. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for giving us a great experience.

Quick overnight stay to catch train next day which is about 5-10 minute walk through shopping centre good clean basic room with everything need only couple tv programs non English would be only negative

駅から近い。夜はとても静か。隣の人の物音もそれほどうるさく無かった。床がフローリングでよい。部屋に入ったときの第一印象は奇麗だな。トイレットとシャワーにガラスの仕切り。トイレットペーパーあり。シャワーは固定ヘッド。お湯はすぐ出てきた。小さなシャンプーとコンディショナーのボトル、小さな石鹸あり。ドライヤーあり。ベッドは少し小さめ。180cm超える人には小さいかも。ハンガーが３つぐらい。トランクを開けれるスペースはある。エアコンはさほど強力ではないが、やや涼しいレベルまでは冷える。無いのは冷蔵庫と歯ブラシ、かみそり。チェックインとアウトはとてもスムーズ。

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff
Specifically the locations was very convenient to travel anywhere to in Malaysia. Kl Sentral station was very close to hotel. Food was amazing. I am planning to go again this year with my family.

KLセントラル駅に着いたのが午後9時前だったので、ホテルの場所を見つけるのに苦労した。が、実は、駅から隣のNUセントラルというショッピングモール（2F)を抜け、モノレール駅をめざして道路を越えたらエスカレータを使って地上に降りる。降りたらその区画のちょうど裏側にホテルはある。
個人的には1泊のみだったので、何も問題はなかった。もちろんバスタブはないが、お湯も問題なく使えたし、トイレも問題なかった。部屋に関しては、ドアチェーンが壊れたままだったのが気になった。（他の部屋がどうなっているのか分からない）
翌日利用する列車が午後9時過ぎだったのだが、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたし、時間つぶしにホテルロビーで待機することもとてもありがたかった。とてもありがたかった。
To the hotel staff members: I really wanted to take pictures of you two against the hotel name because I appreciated your hospitality. I was sorry I couldn't make myself understood because of my poor English.

EmpfehlenswerteUnterkunft, zu Fuß vom KL Central in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal! Executive Zimmer war sehr groß. Internet gut, es hat aber nur mein Smartphone funktioniert, mein IPad nicht, es ist wohl nur ein Gerät zulässig (?). Alles da, was man braucht, trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Preis–Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar!

위치는 정말최고.
교통의 중심인 센트럴역이5분거리
심지어 여행자가 많이 타는 모노레일은 그냥 출구가 호텔에서 1분걸림
그리고 모노레일하고 쇼핑몰이 이어져잇는데 쇼핑몰이 큰게 바로 앞에 있어 쇼핑하기도 너무 좋고 마트도 있어 대박
호텔은 새로 지은거라 그런지 주변보다 훨씬 좋은 ㅅ

3인실 2개를 예약했는데 3층, 5층을 줘서 약간 불편했지만 객실은 청결하고 좋았어요.
화장실에서 샤워 공간을 막을 문이나 커튼이 제대로 갖춰지지 않아 바닥에 물이 많이 튀어 불편하였습니다. 샤워기도 고정형이라 조금 불편했어요.

Courteous check-in/check-out staff, fast and efficient. Clean room, hotel only provide 1 key card, Tv not workable unable to watch distortion signal is bad, wifi weak, toilet showers water seeping out floor wets. No room slippers and toothbrush. We stays for 2 nights no frills hotel simple and comfortable. Mattress a bit hard.
$50 cash deposit is required.
Hotel surrounded with lots Indian foods eg ABC bistro and nearby 3 Chinese coffee shops. Walking distance to Nu Sentral mall and KL Sentral station.

フライト遅延でクアラルンプールセントラル駅着が夜10:30でしたが、アクセスと立地が良く、迷わず着きました。隣のインド料理屋さんが24時間営業なのと、いつも賑わっており、夜でも安心でした。フロントの対応も良かったです。
他の方のコメントにもあるように、チェックイン時にデポジットで50リンギット必要でした。デポジットはクレジットカード不可ですので、現金ご用意ください。チェックアウト時に返金しれました。

駅チカで便利です。近くにコンビニやレストランも豊富で困ることがありません。チェックイン時のデポジットが現金のみなので予め準備しておくことだけ注意です。

My wife left a piece of clothing in the room, but the hotel kept it and returned it to her. Information about lost items is properly shared and managed between the front desk and the room attendant, making this a trustworthy hotel.

ロケーションは、KLセントラル駅から徒歩1分、飲食店やコンビニも多数あり便利です。夜中までうるさいです。窓なしの部屋が多数のため、気にするかたは避けたほうがいいです。

Got upgraded to family room so ample space to spread out. Good central location right in the city but still quiet in the room. It's rather basic but reflected in the price.

KLセントラル駅からすぐで立地が良いので利用しました。ショッピングモールもあり、買い物や飲食には困りません。施設は新しく清潔です。フロントの対応も良いです。たまたま宿泊した部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーが水しか出なかったので、そこはマイナスポイントですが、宿泊料がすごくリーズナブルですのでおすすめします。

夜ついて泊まるだけでしたが、チェックインスムースで食事は近所にいくらでもあり、部屋はセントラル駅の周辺のこのクラスの中では悪くないと思います
近隣のホテルスタッフのチップアピールがキツイところがありますが、ここはそう言うことなく皆さん割とフレンドリーでしたよ

klセントラル駅から近くて、おそらく24時間営業？のナシカンダー屋さんやコンビニが隣にあるので、遅くなっても安心な場所でした。チェックインの際、デポジット50リンギが現金で必要です。部屋は清潔です。冷蔵庫はあります。歯ブラシや櫛はありませんでした。コインランドリーが近くにありました。klセントラル駅近くでホテルを探している方にはおすすめです。

A pretty basic hotel to crash for one night for me. Clean and service was good.
Some shortcomings like remote controls to aircon doesn’t have batteries.
Otherwise it is a really convenient place for to stay with KL Sentral walking distance nearby, the monorail literally the next door, the nearby NU mall, as well as many eateries options nearby
