I paid in advance for a deluxe room with private bathroom. I got a filthy dormitory room sharing a bathroom with 10 other rooms. I had paid all the money in advance and they refused to refund me anything, even though the "room" i got was less than half the price of what I paid for. Expedia did not make it right either.
