Generally the location is not bad, especially if you are there for the Hokkaido marathon, the near by MRT station is 西11丁目, about 5-10minutes walk from the station. There is a 7-11 right next to the corner. The four stars rating is going for the location, clearness and the huge space. Following are some points you might want to consider before you book the accommodation, first it is contactless check in, so there is no person there to help. The key of the entrance door is difficult to get. We stood there for half an hour just to get the key and we tried to contact the property but it is helpless. We figured the way out ourselves. Another thing is the hot water in the house. There was no hot water in the beginning, even though we follow the instruction from the booklet that provided in the house. We tried to contact the property but again helpless. We then searched in the internet and solved the problem ourselves. So if you are okay with the above mentioned issue then it is a place for you to stay
