There is a 7/11 right next door. It’s couple blocks away for the popular boat ride area, and right in front of an underground tunnel entrance for two different train lines. This place was super convenient and very clean. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Osaka.

The room was confortable the near transportation, shops and dotonbori cruise channel at night was fantastic!
Special thanks for Nickia reception staff who help us in everything we did not know like finding facilities around sending bags to airport etc!

니폰바시역 바로 앞이라 이동이 편리합니다.
교토 나라 버스투어 출발지도 가까워서 버스투어 흐실분들에게 너무 좋습니다. 세탁기, 오븐있어서 편리합니다. 단지 대로변이라 밤에 구급차 소리가 조금 시끄럽습니다.

The place is easy access to the train station. Near the shopping and food places.

Room was bigger than average Japanese hotels. Breakfast was good with wide variety of food. The hotel is clean and tidy, service was satisfactory overall. If I visit Osaka again, I will consider to stay there again.

Check in was a little bumpy (at no fault of the hotel) because the name on my reservation was written in hiragana. Other than that, check in was great! We were in the residence tower. The building and elevator were secured with our room key and the room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator and microwave was helpful. Also had a stove, which we didn’t use. 7-11 right in the building. Awesome location. Several train/metro entrances super close. Namba and Dotonbori within walking distance. Highly recommend. Would definately stay there again.

the room was spacious and had luxuries of amenities like kitchen, laundry and enough room for luggage. In lobby, you can get coffee, toothbrush, cold water and toiletries for your needs so you dont need to bring one. Area is clean and near the Namba, Den Den Town and kuromon market. plus near the train Kintetsu that brings you to Nara

Our family of 5 (young children) loved our stay. It provided a nice clean space with great amenities. The staff were amazing and helpful with everything we asked. Best part is the location. It is so close to the popular Dotombori and Shinsaibashi area but not too close where it is noisy. It is the perfect walking distance to train station to get to other areas in Osaka. Very close to supermarket is Kuromon, food markets, restaurant and convenient stall just downstairs.

The room was very clean, AC unit worked very well as even though we went in October it was still warm. Right by one of the Metro stations. Staff was always very helpful. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Many restaurants and shops around.

Overall a pleasant stay! The room was clean and modern, stocked with amenities. The hotel was up to date and clean. It was in a good spot and walking distance to Dotonbori, with nearby shops. There was a 24-hour 7-11 right next door. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with great options and they were very accommodating to my children. Laundry on one of the lower floors was easy to work and convenient to have. Hotel also has a QR code in the room for their preferred luggage forwarding service which we utilized to transport our luggage to our last hotel. Overall very happy with our stay here!

Overall great hotel and location. 15min walk to/from limo bus stop from Kansai airport. Rooms were a lot smaller than other places we stayed.

Buena ubicación y buen hotel. Lo único es que la habitación es muy reducida. Y la limpieza no se hace diario.

一樓就是7-11很方便，旁邊的大路口還有大間的全家和7-11。離市區很近，走幾步就有店家可以用餐。一出大門就是地鐵入口，但是沒有電梯。過馬路的路口才有電梯，還算方便。隔音尚可，洗澡水夠強不會忽冷忽熱，三天一次的客房清潔。唯一缺點是對面是消防局，每晚都聽得到鳴笛的聲音，怕吵的人可能要考慮一下。

很近日本橋站，交通方便。鄰近黑門市場，酒店旁有便利站，位置很好。客房整潔，職員服務態度很好。
缺點是房間的餐具不足。沒有剪刀和開瓶器，沒有飯碗或湯碗提供，沒有正常的的刀、叉和湯匙，只有甜點用的小叉和小匙。

Love the location. Right next to 7/11 and next to Nippombashi station. Walkable to Namba station underground where all the shops are but it can be quite a walk esp with the luggage.
The pillow and bed were comfortable and the place clean. Pretty good size room considering there have been smaller rooms we have stayed at. A little narrow to walk around the beds esp with luggage.
However, don’t expect bottles of water like the other hotels we’ve stayed at. But there’s a kettle. There were room slippers, body wash, shampoo n conditioner.
Average, clean and value for money hotel.

值得給讚的地方：
* 交通地段： 就在商圈核心，下樓就有吃的，跑行程超方便！
* 必吃早餐： 早餐水準很高，好吃到每天都準時報到。
* 備品慷慨： 大廳備品 DIY 自由取用，種類充足很貼心。
令人心驚膽顫的點：
* 行政混亂： Check-in 等很久就算了，竟然找不到訂房資料，最誇張的是差點弄丟住客護照！這種疏失在日系飯店真的讓人傻眼。
* 清掃政策： 入住五天四夜竟然只進房清掃一次。因為環保政策，平時不更換毛巾，還得自行將垃圾堆放在房門口，走廊景象既不雅觀也有衛生疑慮。
整體來說，如果對服務細節與環境整潔有要求的人，入住前可能要三思 。

今回の滞在は、良い点と残念な点の差が激しい体験でした。
良かった点：
* 最高の立地！観光や食事に困ることはありません。
* 朝食が本当に美味しい！これだけで泊まる価値があるほど。
* アメニティが充実。自分で選べるスタイルも満足度が高いです。
残念だった点：
* チェックインに時間がかかりすぎ。予約管理も不十分で、さらにパスポートを紛失しかけるという重大なミスがありました。
* 4泊の滞在中で部屋の清掃は一度だけ。 エコポリシーのためタオル交換もなく、ゴミを自らドアの外に出すシステムですが、廊下にゴミが並ぶ光景は衛生的とは言えず、見た目も良くありませんでした。
立地重視の方にはおすすめですが、サービスの質を求めるなら慎重に。

地點是方便，但是很糟糕的是，雙床房只有兩個枕頭。我們帶小孩入住，無法給我們額外的枕頭，說是已經全部借出了，只能睡在毛巾上...
