staff are friendly. Cleaning our room ever day. Just the shower temperature is not going well. please check it from time to time..

The staff were fantastic (man in the night/morning and woman in the afternoon) and so very helpful. Wifi was good, the room was very comfortable and the price was fair.

It was good to consider price,neatness and location near Pavilion & Petronas Twin Tower. And, there is shuttle service for airport. And, food in cafeteria next to the hotel is very delicious to foreigner as well. And, it is quite easy to find the hotel because it is near the bukitbintang station.

hôtel idéalement situé pour se déplacer dans kuala ( a 20m de la station monorail et arrêt des bus gratuit en face) a proximité des tours petronnas ,en plein centre de butik bintang,et de ces centres commerciaux . les chambres sans fenêtre ( je les conseilles pour éviter les nuisances de la ville) sont petite mais très correct avec une équipe a l’écoute.très bon rapport qualité prix

フロントが不親切＆騒音の口コミを見て覚悟して行ったが、昼に荷物を預けようとしたらフロントの女性がチェックインさせてくれた。朝も別の女性がいて感じが良かった。
部屋は割と広く、騒音は気にならなかった。高層階の角部屋でKLタワーとツインタワー先っぽが見えた。モノレールが部屋の下を通り鉄道好きは楽しい。
シャワーはあまりに旧式の家庭用で使い方が判らず、深夜だったのでマニュアルPDFをダウンロード。水圧も水温も十分だった。
無料Wi-Fiはブチブチ切れる。
冷蔵庫は電気が来ておらず使用不可。
地上6階なのに蟻さんがデスクに何匹もいて、後で気づいたらベッドにも来てたのがちょっと嫌だった。
でも総じてコスパは最高だと思う。

Over all saya dan teman-teman sangat menyukai hotel ini. Lokasi yang strategis, harga yang sangat affordable, kebersihan, kenyaman dan keramahan hotel yang membuat saya akan kembali lagi ke hotel ini jika saya ada kesempatan mengunjungi Malaysia.

Vi var der kun for at sove, vi var ude om dagen. Hotellet lægger rigtig godt og centralt.
De var meget søde og smilende personale.
Prisen er også god i forhold til beliggenheden.

Centrally located. Efficient, friendly staff. Good value ...........There are a lots of restaurants, shopping area nearby the hotel.....Overall is good.......Hotel was fine well located Rooms are small but clean Bathroom are clean ............Hotel close to shopping, eateries and pubs. Also convenient to train stations and within walking distance.

Very small room, not fit for big size people.
Not a perfect clean room if we compare with a 5 star hotel.
Room looks gloomy but for a price like this at such a convenient place, i can't expect much.

가격대비 객실이 넓어 사용하는데 편안 했으며 너무 좋은 위치에 있어 쇼핑센터나 식당들이 주변에 많이 있어서 다양한 음식을 접할수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Everything was ok, once I got a room. They had no idea who I was and what Hotels.com is. They "let me stay" because I arrived at 3am, but I had to change room the next day, fortunately I only carry one backpack so it wasn't a big problem for me.

Room condition is average. Need maintenance and upgrade. Room allocated is without a window. One ceiling light went out of commission middle of the night and no replacement was offered. Good location and that's about it. Nothing to shout about the overall condition of the hotel.

The hotel located in very great localtion. Just across the street and you will find mass transportation (also, near shopping mall). The wifi is really strong, best I've found in Malaysia (better than those 5 stars). Btw, I know and accept that it is natural smell of south asian hotel, I do not like it. Also, the sound -both from hall way and the street is really loud)- be prepared cos they stay up really late at night.

Helt ok hotell,Midt i shopping strøket. masse resturanter og barer rett utenfor døra. Lite rom. Men veldig OK til den prisen. Anbefales om man har noa dager i Kuala Lumpur. Monorail 50 meter ifra hotellet. Den tar den byen rundt om du vil. Bilde ifra resepsjon her stemmer ikke.

This hotel is convently located.
As having said on the title,this hotel is not sor far from a station.In addition,It is easy to access shopping malls.

Отель на простые 3*, взяли de luxe, но это самый обыкновенный, небольшой,номер.Для одной ночи вполне подойдёт. Рядом много недорогих кафешек и есть недалеко минимаркет с пивом и вином.До башен Петронас 15 ренгит на такси.

ロケーションは駅から近くて便利で、大きな通りに面しているので、見つけやすいと思います。
ホテルの設備などは値段相応ですが、寝るだけと割り切れば問題ないレベルです。

Dirty old man manager knocked on my doorr to ask if I am using whatsapp because he wants to communicate with me..scary Dirty old man!!
From that time on, I was placing the bed to block the door because I was afraid that he migjt try to come in when I am asleep. I did nof feel safe

値段と繁華街に近いという点だけで選んでしまったんですが、二度と泊まることはないと思います。
壁が薄く隣の人の声もまる聞こえです。1番ひどかったのは、寝ようと思いシーツをめくるとシーツに3センチぐらいの血がついていました。洗っても取れていなかったのだと思いますが、ベッドメイキングの時にきづくと思うんですが…
でも、受付の方はすごく丁寧で素敵な方でした。

The first family room we checked in was like an oven. Both wall mounting air conditioners were blowing hot air at 16C temperature. The technician came and went to correct the outdoor compressor. After 30 minutes they should be up and runninn was the promised. We wasted 60 min with No improvement and requested to Room changing. we moved to another room but the basin in the toilet was leaking. The duvet covers looked being recycled. Poor experience. What it advertised isn't what we expected to get.

かなりの好立地で駅も近く、エリア的にはなにも不便することはありませんでした。ホテルの男性フロントマンが、なにを言っても(ホテルでの通常の要望的なことでも)ほとんどなにも受け付けてもらえず、あまり話も通じない感じでそれだけが残念です。女性はいい人でしたがその男性の勤務が多く、最後には話すのも嫌になる程でした。

그치만리셉션직원은친절했음 아침에전화준다하고전화도안주고퇴근해버렸음 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 아주중요한일아니니크게상관은없었음..알고전화안한건가..ㅎㅎ
아얼마나더써야되는거야....가격이 굉장히 싸니 그러려니이해하실분들은 이용하셔도 무방합니다 위에써놓은글에해당되며 저처럼잠깐스탑오버로시내만구경하실분들한테는 강추합니다

파빌리온에서 5분 거리이며, 역에서도 5분 이내이지만, 모텔 수준이며, 금고도 없고 심지어 창문도 없었으며, 당연히 조식은 없었다. 콘센트는 매우 적었으며, 차라리 다른 싼 호텔을 가는게 좋을 듯 싶었다.
가격과 거리의 매리트만 있다.
침대는 매우 푹신하다!!!

No one to help with luggage was handed a key and pointed to the elevator
The fridge did not work
The toilet hose leaked over night saturating all of my things in the bathroom
Went out for breakfast and was locked out of my room as I forgot to come back down the previous day and pay the service tax when I arrived as I was jet lagged
A phone was in my room and the staff could have called to remind me but chose to lock me out instead

悪い点。シャワーちょろちょろ、ｴｱｺﾝ効かず、清潔さがなく、部屋が空いているのに14：00まで入れてもらえず少しした後他のスタッフに言ったらチェックインできた。良い点。WIFI無料、駅近く

My overall rating for this room was 1 out of 10 (10%). The room was dirty including the floor, dirty bed mattress, room too small. The wall and the floor in the bathroom was dirty even the seat toilet is crack and it hurt my thigh skin, no sanitary plastic bag provided in this hotel, the towel provided was too old and smelly. The furniture was too old and should be upgraded even the wall in the room was dirty and have a crack wall, smelly room, dirty mugs and glasses that have sticky yellow solid inside mugs and water heater, slow wifi, very poor in soundproof because you can hear people talking and tv sound from outside & inside the room & neighbour room. The receptionist corner should be upgraded and the entrance for welcoming the guest was too old and dirty with open wires,crack tiles,dirty floor, clutter, poor in management and decoration, that things should be improve as it will be the first impression for the guest when entering your hotel. This hotel should be upgraded and don't stingy to upgrade everything in this hotel. I have stayed in other hotel with the same rate/price, this hotel is the most worst and dirty with unfriendly room and environment. I will not come back to this hotel anymore. Believe me, you will regret as I am. Don't ever believe the picture of this hotel's room. Once you enter, you will be regret. Not worth my staying in this hotel but it near the shopping mall and food restaurant/stall.

쿠알라룸프르 하루더지내자는맘으로 싼값에 이곳을 예약했는데 에어컨은 뜨거운바람나오고 좀지나면 나오겟지하는데 똑같이 더운바람 저 죽는줄 이렇게 그지같은호텔은 내평생 처음 정말 그지같아요 말그대로 그지같고 이상한내ㅔㅁ세 더러운복도 더러운 방 오마이갓 체크인하고 6시간만에 다른호텔 예약해서 도망치듯나왔어요
