Lo recomiendo si solo vas a dormir. No tiene lujos.

location is best but hotel lift problem

Its satisfactory for the price paid. Staff is well trained, courteous but distant, show a bit if warmth

The fire escapes are blocked. There could be serious injuries if there is a fire. I told the reception staff they did nothing.

The room etc were all fine and as expected for the price. However
There is no fire detection or suppression in the rooms and the stairs fire escapes are blocked by furniture, building materials, rubbish etc. I would say that in an emergency situation 2 of the fire escapes are impassable.
If I fire broke out I very much doubt everyone would be able to evacuate without injury.
