Easy self check-in. Simple rooms with ample amenities that is most importantly clean. Location was great as it is near to the train station and yet not noisy or unsafe. There is a small convenience store just next to it.
The only inconvenience was there was no kettle in the room so you have to go downstairs' to dispense hot water. Since there are no staff in operation - be prepared to store your luggage at the train station if you arrive too early

Very convenient, walking distance to city center and train station. Just 20 min from airport. The design and facilities are super cool! Comfortable and clean. Free coffe and tee at the entrance.

Mycket bra hotel om du bara ska ha en plats att sova på. Självbetjäning vid incheckning och inte någon frukost men där finns en automat där du kan få kaffe och te.

Das Motel an sich ist ruhig, allerdings die Bar unten drin kann laut sein, da im Hof z.B. Leergut abgestellt wird und sich die Mülltonnen dort befinden. Je nachdem wo man ein Zimmer hat.

A great hotel for those on a budget looking for somewhere convenient and central. Would definitely stop there again, breakfast being included was an added bonus. Very convenient for the main station.

A localização é perfeita, na frente da estação Basel SBB. Tudo funcionou bem no check in e check out. O café da manhã estava gostoso, o pão estava sempre fresquinho. O quarto era bom, mas a cama de casal tinha 2 colchões de solteiro separados. O box do banheiro não cobria a parte da frente do chuveiro, o que deixava muita água respingar. Ótima relação custo X benefício.

Hotel mit "self check in", der Automat ist einfach zu bedienen und generiert den Zimmerschlüssel. Toplage am Bahnhof Basel SBB, trotzdem ruhig. Schönes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Kein Personal, ausser eine freundliche Person, ich nehme an, sie macht die Zimmer und kümmert sich um das Frühstücksbüffet, die einem alles erklärt.

Beautiful room and very convenient location to everything. We had the quadruple bedroom that is almost similar to an apartment. A second bedroom upstairs, skylight that opens, so fresh breeze can get in. Very few human contact with the staff. Nobody was there to help us get a quick tour of the hotel. Except the maintenance lady who spoke very little English. She seems to do all the work. Breakfast is great!

Love the convenience of the location. The floor plan was unexpected but great; charming. Loved having the two bathrooms (one full, one half). Wish it had air conditioning. It was warm and stuffy when we arrived.

I liked how convenient it was to parking. It seemed like a free parking pass was provided, however, there were no instructions and ultimately it did not work. The Basel pass was a nice touch, however, I was only there for an overnight and was not able to use it. I was unaware that there would be no reception desk. This is a huge drawback.

Een goed en schone kamer lekker centraal en dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Koffie automaat beneden bij de ingang, goede bedden en verder heel rustig. Het inchecken vond ik wat lastig in dat kleine bloedhete halletje. Voor herhaling vatbaar, dat is zeker.

Die Umgebung ist eher laut.

Sehr sauber, einfacher Check in, hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner.
Einzig beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas Frisches gewünscht (Obst od Gemüse).

Très bien situé . À l’arrivée à l’hôtel vous avez Basel carte 50% de réduction sur les musées et le Zoo et transport public gratuit! Propre, calme ,literie confortable.

Das Hotel liegt in angenehm fussläufiger Entfernung zur Stadtmitte und fast gegenüber vom Bahnhof SBB.Unser Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend mit verschiedenen Brot- und Aufschnittsorten.
Alles war gut durchorganisiert und auch ohne Rezeption konnten wir uns mit Prospektmaterial und Stadtplan versorgen. Der Selfcheckin war unproblematisch und schnell.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen und es auch weiter empfehlen.

Perfect location and very clean. Room was a bit too warm at night but opening the window meant noise from outside made sleeping difficult.
Whilst the check-in was relatively straightforward, I'm not sure having no staff present is a good option. Breakfast was nice although the room that the food and drink is kept in can get a little crowded (i.e. if more than one person is in)
Overall, great value for money and would stay again.

Gute Lage nahe des SBB. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Bequemes Bett. Aufenthalt selbst daher gut. Automatischer Check In leider ungeeignet für Geschäftsreisen, da am Terminal keine Firmendaten eingegeben werden können. Ich muss jetzt nachträglich per E-Mail eine Rechnung auf die Firma ausstellen lassen (die dann hoffentlich auch kommt).

Hotel muito honesto para o q se propõe, quarto é pequeno porém colchão e travesseiros muito bons. Café da manhã razoável com um pouco de tudo sem opções de pratos quentes. Localização perfeita ao lado da estação de trem e dos bondes ao qual a hospedagem te da direito de usar o transporte público também do lado mercado municipal com comida de várias partes do mundo!

Das Hotel ist gleich beim Bahnhof sehr gut gelegen. Es ist sauber und okay. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. An "personallose" Hotels muss man sich erst mal gewöhnen, da ist es schwierig einen Service zu bewerten.

It is really centrally located right next to the main station. It is a great location if you intend to travel on from there. The motel is a not all to well soundproofed from noise inside and outside the motel. The rooms are decently spaced. Overall it is a motel I see myself recommending to others.

Fine for overnight but for longer it’s a bit impersonal having no reception staff. Good to have easy checkout - just need to leave the door-key in the return box. They should advise beforehand that you need your passport number for check-in.

Pleasant if unremarkable. Automated check-in and I didn't meet any of the staff who do the cleaning of prepare the breakfast which is also a mixture of self-service and automation. Good place to be as bus to and from the airport stops in front of the Basel SBB main station. Plenty of trams, buses and taxis to get into Basel, although its a 20 minute easy downhill walk to the river. People here seem to go to bed early and get up early. Plumbing gurgles in the morning, so I awoke before my alarm clock went off. Although well signposted, its easy to walk past the front door without noticing it. Breakfast is self-catering and some items are in the cupboards below the preparation surfaces.

Für Zwischenübernachtung vor frühem Abflug ideal, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Basel SBB und dem Airportbus. Check in via Automat, Check out nur Schlüssel einwerfen - das wars. Frühes Frühstück schon vor der offiziellen Zeit möglich. Steht fast alles zum selbst nehmen bereit. Positiv: Als Upgrade lag auf dem Zimmer eine Basel-Card bereit (u. a. für den ÖPNV und paar Rabatte). Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war sauber und einfach aber zweckmäßig - leider war das Bett (wieder einmal) etwas zu kurz für mich (2 Meter reichen nicht ganz bei einer Körpergröße von 196 cm) jedoch war die Matratze angenehm hart.
Die Wände im b_smart sind leider sehr hellhörig, duscht der Nachbar in der Nacht wird man garantiert wach, speziell wenn irgendetwas in der Dusche herunterfällt. Selbst einfaches Schließen der Zimmertür ist mit gewaltigem Getöse verbunden.
Verkehrstechnisch liegt das Hotel fast unschlagbar mit einer Entfernung von ca. 100 Metern vom SBB, besser geht eigentlich nicht - leider muss ich auch hier wieder auf das Thema mit der Untermalung durch Geräusche zurückkommen, man kann den Bahnhof und die vorgelagerte Straßenbahnstation (eigetnlich eher ein Straßenbahnknotenpunkt) schon ziemlich deutlich hören.
Und wie man den Service beurteilen soll ist mir unklar, ich habe in den vier Tagen / drei Nächten nicht einen Mitarbeiter gesehen..

Obemannat hotell men funkar väldigt bra ändå. Bra frukost, rymligt rum. Dock ej AC så var ganska varmt. Ett stenkast från tågstationen.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Einzig fehlte bei diesem heissen Wetter die Klimaanlage oder wenigstens ein kühlender Ventilator. Auch sollten wenigstens tagsüber die Vorhänge gezogen werden, um die Wärme draussen zu halten!

밤 늦게 도착해서, 간편첵인이 뭔지 모르고 했는데 , 화면으로하는 거였다. 그것외에는 역에서 가깝고, 옆에 슈퍼도있고, 교통편리 , 아침에 자유롭게 조식차려먹을 수 있어 좋았다. 호텔 사람과 마주칠 일이 없다.

I feel this place is overpriced. It is dated at a poor condition. Not very clean. Very loud. You can hear your neighbors using their bathrooms, for example. This place rates high for a convenience, but otherwise I would pass. I think you can get better value for your money elsewhere.

No contact information in room if you had any questions. The QR code didnt work.
Baselcard (free public transport) which ALL Basel hotel rooms are entitled to, were not issued until 8 hours after we had to email and ask for them.
Only 1 Euro power socket in the entire room.
Property was clean and had free tea and coffee.
