I stayed at Arawana Express North Pattaya during my recent trip, and overall it’s a very basic hotel.
The price is good, and the staff were actually great—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. No complaints there at all.
However, the property itself is older and has some major drawbacks. The biggest issue is that there is no elevator, which makes it very inconvenient—especially for anyone with luggage or mobility issues.
The bathrooms are also a shower-toilet combo, meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Personally, I didn’t like that setup at all.
I actually stayed at two different Arawana locations on this trip, and based on both experiences, I wouldn’t stay at either again. For a little more money, I would definitely recommend choosing a better, more comfortable hotel.
