We honestly were not really happy with our stay. To begin with the shower has a lot of loose rocks and because of them it was full of hairs. the floor of the room was really dirty and the sheets had some stains. You can only get food at the restaurant by texting them, and the restaurant closes at 7 which is not great because there are not any others around. You can’t spontaneously go to the restaurant, you need to say what you want and at what time. We informed them what we wanted and arrived at the restaurant at that time, but there was no one? While the food tasted fine, it was very greasy. Also in two days it happend 5 times that we wanted to order something but it was ‘sold out’ even though we were one of the only guests..
when you want to get your room cleaned you need to give them your key, but when we returned there was no one to give us our key back. You need to contact their WhatsApp number for everything but after 7 PM no one responded anymore and you need to deal with everything yourself. The last day we ordered the dinner as roomservice, we asked the employee whether we need to bring the dishes somewhere after or if they will collect them, he said they will collect them. Mind you we are in the middle of the forest, so there are many insects around so not great to have your dishes out in the open. After 5 hours no one picked them up, and again: no answers from the WhatsApp number… also we needed to pay an additional charge for coffee with milk for our breakfast.
