We stayed over the Moto GP weekend and really enjoyed this hotel.
An easy walk to Monorail/Petronas Towers/Night life/Restaurants
Clean & tidy and very new, the only down side to this hotel was
The towel rail had pulled out the wall
The WiFi was extremely weak in the room and often wouldn't stay connected
The room could have benefited from a small fridge to keep drinks cold

The location is perfect to go pavi and changkat area. Alot of food nearby and hospitality is great. I would stay here again/

I had a one night stay at their loft room and it was quite good actually. The room is spacious and it’s very clean and the condition are good as well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Would recommend this to anyone who would like to have a short weekend gateway!!

KLタワーやペトロナスツインタワーに近く、夜にそれらに行くことができて便利。近くにはパン屋や安い食堂もあるのでそれを利用することができる。コンビニもある

Hotel staff were really friendly and provided warmth hospitality, there was even a doorman lols..
Room was really cosy and had a nice round window. Bed was Super comfy.. throughout our 4 days stay we had a nice and beautiful sleep
And place was really 5 mins walking distance to Jalan Alor, and 10 mins walk to pavilion, lot 10 etc shopping Malls
Wouldn’t mind to stay here again in future

Very well located in the famous jalan alor food street. Just a 5 mins walk to MRT station which brings you to KL sentral. Comfortable bed and clean toilet. The friendly hotel front desk staffs and the door guy made the stay enjoyable.

インテリアがおしゃれでした。近隣にもおしゃれなカフェやレストランが多く、雰囲気も良かったです。2日目に、ルームクリーニング後なのにトイレットペーパーがなく、電話でお願いしたのにもかかわらず一時間待っても来なかったのでロビーに取りに行ったら、部屋で待っててと言われ、その後20分くらい更に待った。

You just need to walk to go to the malls and monorail station. Everything is close by.

We had a pretty long stay and were pleased with how we were treated by the staff members. They were pleasant and kind. The room was comfortable and nice also. The only trouble we had was that we were only given one keycard per room which was rather troublesome when only one of us wants to head out the room. The hotel is also near the train station so it was easy for me and my friends to travel around. Would really recommend this hotel to travelers who are on a budget but seeks comfort at the same time.

This was my second time staying here. Location is great, near local free bus that takes you to China town, central market,etc. Wifi worked well, a/c was very cold, and spacious hot shower. Would stay here again!

Check-in was quick, room was alright, bed was comfy. Stayed for one night only but worth the price.

Greeting on check-in was fast and friendly,foundthe allocated room was not suitable and changed to another room without any problem. Nothing was a problem and all staff were very helpful.

Front Desk: Himel along with the Dorman: Ripon were excellent and deserve special mention.

This lane is darker at night. Quieter too. Windows units faces small road. MILI Ted parking. Few lots avail for guests n open air parking right next to it. Otherwise only a short walk to ChangKat. In the day find there are plenty of local street food. The bedding is exceptionally good for something of this pricing. Rooms are clean n luxe room is rather roomy with a wardrobe (which doesn't seem necessary) and a spacious shower n sink area. Lift avail. Will try the rooms without windows next time. Breakfast is packed n u need state your delivery time. Can't complain for the price. Just for convenience.

This was my 2nd time in KL. First, the location is great. If shopping is your goal, there are better locations in Bukit Bintang... but for dining, nightlife, walkability and distance to KLCC and the towers, this is great.
The hotel itself seems fairly new and is in good shape. The room, while not luxurious, is comfortably appointed and spacious enough. Medium-softn beds made for a good sleep.
The included breakfast is a nice touch, but honestly I would skip it and go out for food. Lots of options nearby.
I would certainly stay here again.

2명이 사용하기에 아주 넓지는 않았지만 꼭 필요한 시설은 모두 있어 좋았다. 모노레일 라자출란 역에서 걸어서 5분 거리였고, 한 블록 정도 떨어진 곳에 부킷빈탕 잘란알로 등이 위치해 접근성 또한 좋았다. 특히, 필요한 물품 등을 리셉션 데스크 직원에게 이야기하면 사소한 것이라도 직접 방까지 가져다 주었고, 항상 웃으며 친절히 대해주는 직원들의 미소에 숙박이 즐거운 곳이었다.

Everything is excellent, expect the sound proof inside the hotel. Those westerner speak loudly at the courtyard, makes me cannot sleep.

Great check in up to the room within minutes before 2 o'clock as well. Had problems with the air-conditioning unit after 30 minutes the room had problems with the air-conditioning units after 30 minutes the room was still too hot. They had this sorted within the hour & I had my Nice cool room. Really friendly staff very helpful.

The overall is not bad. My stay in room 102 was quite satisfying except for the air conditioner. It keep leaking when I open or after I shut it. I informed the management and they immediately send a janitor to clean up the floor.

4泊、学生で友達と２人で行きました。駅からも近く立地も良いほうです。
アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみです。
歯ブラシやドライヤーは言えば貸してくれると思います。
シャワーはあったかいのが出ますが、水圧はそこまで強くはないです。
24時間フロントなので常に誰かスタッフはいます。
毎日綺麗に掃除もしてくれ、部屋も綺麗めでベットも良く快適に過ごせました。
朝食は頼めば10RMで部屋まで持ってきてくれます。
近くにクラブやバーがあるので深夜音が聞こえる時もあるのでとても気になる方は注意ですが、神経質でなければいけると思います。
値段も安めなので学生ならとても良いと思います。こだわりがいっぱいある人はもっと高いところに行ったほうが良いと思います。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was very convenient to nearby places like Pavilion and the nightlife area within 5mins of walking, yet not noisy. I took the Loft Room and it was small, but enough for a solo traveller like myself. Toilet and cupboard was on ground floor, whereas the bed and tv was on the 2nd. But im disappointed with the wifi reception & absence of a bar fridge. My room was on the ground floor and could not get any signal. Had to step out into the common area which is a cosy chill out area though to get wifi. If you're a smoker, you have to step out of the hotel to do so.
