Cleanliness was very poor, we had coockraches in the bathroom and under the fridge. Dozens of empty bottles under one of the beds, bed linen was dirty and there was hair on the bathroom sink from the previous residents I guess..the staff didn't really interact with us. Location was a 20 minute walk(fast pace) to the haram.
