Check in time is 6pm, I arrived to the hotel at 5:45pm. The clerk on duty would not let me check in. It's winter, cold outside, the hotel had plenty of vacancies. I had to make a fuss before he finally called someone, I assume his boss, who must have given him the go ahead to check me in. The property is old, nothing fancy, sofa in room is ripped and leather is worn out. But, at least this hotel had heat, until the one down the road.
