I had to stay for two days because my child was sick. Max was incredibly kind — he even went with me to the pharmacy. However, the room lacked a fridge, drinking water, and a kettle, and the bathroom smelled bad. While we stayed in the room, the housekeeping staff barely did anything — just wiped surfaces, emptied the trash, and left only one towel. He left only a single large bath towel and didn’t change the hanging towels … so I told him to change it. Max, l truly appreciate your help, but the housekeeping staff could use better supervision.
Regarding breakfast, we arrived at 11:30, but were told to come by 11:00. It would be better if they gave a clear time range, like 7:00–11:00. That day, I only had coffee and skipped the bread, and the next morning we couldn’t have breakfast at all due to timing. Providing vouchers that allow guests to choose what they want, even if paying a little extra within the set price, would be very helpful for future visitors.
