Room was very clean, spacious, decent sized bathroom as well. The staff was very friendly and polite and even remembered me when I returned 2 weeks later.
Will definitely come back here again.

This is our first visit to the area, and we are pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location. Many shops and eateries are within walking distance.
The hotel room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities. Breakfast was average, but still acceptable.

This hotel for me it’s clean, although I been seen a stain on the bedsheets but based on the linen smell, they change the bedsheets every time guest c/o. Toilet also for me clean although not a perfect. I have been go and try their swimming pool, it’s just nice but you can see mouldy on the swimming pool wall. It’s just okay for me and relaxing because no body was there. Overall for me this hotel was comfortable and I don’t mind to coming back soon for the next football matches.

Overall good value for the money. But only one room card was provided to our twin room, which was very inconvenient. Sound insulation was very poor.

Room service & breakfast was great. FO staff is not friendly.
Suggest to give 2 access card to those stay more than 1 person. Duvet cover was old and torn..

This is my 2nd time stay at Mtree hotel, but a bit disappointed that the hotel now is focus on Multi-level business customers. I guess this is the main reason this hotel is fully booked always now. All over from PRC, Indonesia etc to join the meeting. They have the meeting on Saturday afternoon. My bf & I was got 'welcome' to join their meeting on 1pm during breakfast. The auntie keep invited us when we were eating breakfast, she came talked to us while we sitting at lobby reading newspaper.
During my 1st time stay, Mtree has very good coffee+cake set @ RM15/set on end of 2017. Price increased to RM22/set & not willing to sell me on Friday night because the café want to serve buffet dinner.
But the location of this hotel is very good because it's walking distance to IOI LRT & IOI mall, a lot nice eating place. If not, I will not stay this hotel.

The water temperature was inconsistent, the water was cold, when i turned the tap to the hot side, it was very hot, turn back to the cold side, it was very cold, so hard to bath like that.
Other than that, overall i enjoyed my stay, and it is not the first time i stayed here, still like the hotel!

Nice room, clean n big for Family suite. No gym very inconvenient. Daily clean up without replenishing everything. This is bad. N location quite outskirt.
