SO MANY issues, first the check in process is like going on a treasure hunt, in -16 weather you don’t want to be walking around to get keys from random buildings. It’s well explained but inconvenient.
Before my arrival I requested more blankets due to the forecast, they said no.
On my first night the guest next to my door was very drunk and after I said hi coming out of the bathroom he came knocking on my door and told me to kiss him, not the hotel’s fault but it made me feel very unsafe as the doors are very flimsy and even with locks someone could easily get in.
On my second night I requested extra towels, because it was so cold the towels were damp and not drying from the day before. Again, they said no.
On the last 2 days there was no hot water, the shower worked on cold water, but not hot after the second day I asked about showering at a different property (they have many in the area) and they said no one more time.
The room and facilities were clean, the bed sheets and pillows were not.
They have a mini fridge but ask you to use the shelf assigned to your room, but I only had a very narrow drawer.
The bath tub was old and the shower head had nowhere to hang from so when you could shower you had to hold it.
The location is fantastic. Apartment was warm considering the temperatures, very noisy, building is shady, WiFi is good. The staff answers very quickly but they do not speak English. Polish is way too complex for translators so it’s very hard to communicate.
