First, I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, so when I asked the front desk, they rudely told me to just follow the instructions on the router.
I didn't have high expectations because of the low price, but the hotel's location in the entertainment district made it difficult to sleep.
As an Expedia loyal customer, I found this hotel problematic, as it had several issues that made it difficult to trust Expedia's recommendations and classifications.
Specifically, the noise between rooms disrupted my sleep.
The electrical switches were hidden in the wall without covers, making it difficult to turn lights on and off.
Overall, it was the epitome of a cheap hotel, and it definitely wasn't what the Expedia photos suggested.
Therefore, if possible, I'd like to check out today and move to another hotel nearby. I'd appreciate a refund.
Otherwise, I'd be happy to move to the hotel Expedia recommends, even if the price difference is a bit higher.
I hope you can take action quickly. I have attached a photo of the problematic area.
