Don't try to find this hotel without google maps. No. Make that don't leave home without a smart phone, internet access and google maps. Then it's real easy. The room was great except that lights above bed controlled by switch next to bed didn't work. Everything else was great. Bed comfy. Bathroom had good hot water. All spotless. Breakfast included though didn't say in booking. Breakfast was eggs and bacon and orange juice and cofffee. Not a lot but fine. If you are in this part of town it's perfect. If you are visiting downtown Bangkok then forget it.
