Loved the stay but housekeeping needs to tighten up. Room 405 didn’t have kitchen utensils or towels when I arrived. The top of the shelves and fridge was dusty. Same with light bulbs. I would suggest in the coming month to do random checks in every room bc it’s pretty unacceptable when it’s a serviced apartment. Also for my 11 days the housekeeping didn’t change my sheets until day 6. And then only changed the duvet when requested which I know bc of markings on the pillows.
However the front office was great. Terra, Burna, and the managers. They felt really bad for those issues and did their best to amend. I loved the gym and pool on roof. And I loved the morning coffee and continental service on the roof. Tomey who works up there is great. Very attentive to every guest.
Also the bed and bedroom overall is a great set up. Some people in reviews complain about this particular room not having a view. But I loved the privacy and the fact that it was dark still for morning. For me I don’t need to early rise since I work on USA hours.
All said, I would go back here again. It was a great location. But those are my pieces of feedback for housekeeping team.
