As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin.
The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in.
They do offer free WiFi and breakfast. The WiFi worked great, and the breakfast was decent, with a beautiful mountain view. The area was walkable and felt safe, with several restaurants and bars nearby.
We stayed for one night and that was long enough.
