Nice hotel for business stay. In the heart of the KL city.

Cleanliness is an issue but I clean the room after check in as I like the area and hotel. Too bad management does not keep up the interiors and cleaning as it can be a Gem of a hotel.
Stay at this hotel whenever in Kuala Lumpur for its location to restaurants, malls and trains. Front desk and coffee shop staff is an asset to this hotel with their excellent service. Had a TOO small of a room this time and not comfortable.

Was stuck in elevator for 35 min with seven other guests waiting for an outside company to come to the rescue. I have stayed here last year on two separate occasions and booked three separate occasions this year. I very much like the hotel and staff. Housekeeping is a disaster and creates a negative image for the hotel which is not deserving. Dirty linen just thrown in the hall ways and left there most of the day. Cleaning of the rooms is very poor and careless. Every time you see the male housekeeping staff, they are simply on their cell phones. The female house staff seem to be more serious in their job and do a better cleaning. I had to clean the bathroom and the walls in the room due to food spots all over the walls distracting me when at the desk. Wish the Hotel would have a supervisor checking on housekeeping and room condition. This hotel deserves better.

The hotel was clean and comfortable! Great proximity to markets and restaurants! It is very close to 2 light rail stops! I made good use of the Dang Wangi station which is 3 stops away from KL Sentral for trains to Batu Caves and other major train lines! It's also only 2 stops from KLCC for the Petronas Towers! Great location and the actual hotel has some old school charm!

Booked two bed room cause it was only left on the site. Got gueen size bed instead which was nice for us who were travelling as couple. Good pillows. No bad words of this.

Just perfect hotel according to my taste. Very clean and modern rooms. Professional and friendly staffs are always here for you. The hotel surrounding is very good for shopping and transportation is easily available. I did not regret staying there as this is real value for money...I highly recommend first timers like me in Kuala Lumpur to stay there & you won't regret. Surely one of the best in KL !

The hotel was good for the price I paid. The room was very large and clean. We were lucky enough to have a partial view of the Petronas Towers which I was happy about. However, the room did have some moderate wear and tear. The walls really needed to be painted and the bathroom had a leaky roof which the hotel did address. Despite this I was was still a good stay.

My 2nd stay. I got discount from expedia. Reasonablw price. However the hotel management can call pest control to overcome small cockroach in bathroom. I found 2-3 of it. So far, everything was ok for me.

The hotel location is excellent. However, somethings like having no hot water in the shower and odd window placement, could make your stay less comfortable.
