We stayed five nights at this hotel and were very satisfied overall. The hotel is located right at the beach promenade and has an excellent location close to many restaurants and shops.
A few small suggestions for improvement regarding the rooms (at least room 1701, which we had):
• The safe could ideally be mounted a bit higher on the wall. Considering older guests, it is currently awkward as one has to get down on the floor to access it.
• On the side of the bed without a bedside table, it would be practical to have a small wall-mounted shelf, for example for a smartphone.

A/C was great! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Felt like family as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was over the top!! And the after noon tea was a perfect holdover to dinner on the town.. Emma took care of all our needs from start to finish! Recommend the best coffee shops and places to visit while in DaNang:) Thank you M Hotel for an excellent experience while in Vietnam!! Will surely miss it all.. Until next time:)

This hotel may be a premium for Da Nang, but is worth every penny. The location, staff, amenities all 5 star! I stayed 9 days here, the whole holiday would've been a disaster as the weather was awful, but the hotel made the stay good. If you ever go Da Nang you must stay here!

Beautiful room, ocean view was available but wish there wasn’t so much greenery around the windows as it kinda ruined the view to be honest, it was a nice clean, quite trendy as a new style hotel, afternoon tea was nice, breakfast was fantastic.

We came back again to M Hotel Da Nang, and once again it exceeded our expectations. Every detail was perfect -from the beautiful rooms and ocean views to the relaxing rooftop pool and amazing service.
A very special thank you to Hang - she was incredibly kind, professional, and truly helpful during our stay. She made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond for us. Because of her, our experience was even better than expected.
We are very grateful and will definitely return again.!

We had an amazing stay at M Hotel Da Nang. Beautiful modern rooms, incredible ocean views, and a stunning rooftop infinity pool. The staff was warm, professional, and very attentive. Great breakfast and perfect beachfront location. Highly recommend -we will definitely come back!

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and with a extremely great value for the price. The room was absolutely huge with an amazing view to the beach. Service was very considering and helpful. Great swimming pools, although I didn’t quite understand the loudplaying music on the upper pool.
Breakafast options were very versatile, from Vietnamese to Western options.
Very nice spa treatments and an ok gym.
Overall super good experience and would recommend to someone who wants a bit of luxury for their holiday, with a very affordable price.

Exceptional stay – highly recommend M Hotel Da Nang
We had a fantastic stay at M Hotel Da Nang and couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive — nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent amenities and a great view. Housekeeping was flawless throughout our stay.
The location is perfect — close to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and key attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. It made getting around Da Nang easy and stress-free.
Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm, stylish, and genuinely relaxing.
The most epic was the infinity pool. Fabulous.
M Hotel truly exceeded our expectations and played a big part in making our time in Da Nang so enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay, right in front of the beach and walking distance to everything. This hotel has an amazing infinity pool and the views are espectacular. The rooms and service are also very good. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were so helpful and keen to answer all of my questions. Especially Hoa and Thu, they are so nice, always ask for me about both the satisfied and dissatisfied items, definitely is a 100% satisfactory and pleasant experience in M Hotel, hotel also arrange some towel art decoration for me to celebrate this special trip.
These two staff needed to be appreciated in person. Thank you for your excellent service and attitude.
